The ladies are always very sweet and kind. Get you in without an appointment even when they are busy. The owner and most of the ladies work 7 days a week. My nails and toes always look amazing.

This is my second time going for a acrylic manicure removal and both times I have noticed a really poorly done job. My nails still have the dip powder on them as well as are not even filed properly. Compared to Luci the other places that I have gone I see different results and this has just been a very disappointing business in the community

I found JB nails in my neighbourhood recently and I would say this will be my go to place going forward. Girls here are warm and friendly and professional. The price is reasonable. I love the eyebrow the girl does for me. I took my mom here today and my mom loves here too. Definiately recommended!

The ladies at the salon are professional and very nice! I came there by fluke because my son had an appointment at the the Children’s Hospital and I was killing time. I live at the other side of the the city and I am willing to drive there because of the service they had given me. Keep it ladies!

I been going here forever. They really stepped up their game after covid too. I often get complicated designs and I always leave with my nails just how I like them. Good shape, perfect length. I’m super meticulous with my nails and they are super nice about my nit picky requests

I’ve been coming here for a few months now with one of my best friends, usually they are great but our last visit was questionable. We had one worker only split between the two of us, and it felt like the employee was under quite a bit of pressure. Our appointment felt rushed, which was strange because I booked ahead of time, and I feel like we should have been seen to more professionally. Our nails still looked great, but it felt like rushed work.

I went to this place a while ago because my eyebrow appointment was located there a few months ago (not associated with the salon but my eyebrow lady was moving between studios & was there temporarily), so I thought to try one of their nail services. I got a shellac polish change on my toes, and I booked an appointment ahead of time. The owner (which I’ve read the other reviews and others had similar experiences with) was on her phone, and did look confused when I came in. The lady who did my toe nails was Mai, she was quiet and reserved which I didn’t mind, she was very gentle and did my toes nicely but the place was unsanitary, and I saw a cockroach crawl on the side of my pedicure chair. The owner is Vietnamese, and so am I but they didn’t assume I was. That day I wore a hat and glasses and wasn’t looking my best so while I was getting my toes done, I was mostly just on my phone looking down. I overheard the owner say something along the lines of “wow she looks kind of scary with her hat looking like that” in Vietnamese and scoffed trying to get Mai to agree and laugh with her. Mai didn’t say anything and continued to work on my toes which I appreciated. I did tip only because Mai still did a good job, but I wouldn’t return as the professionalism needs major work & the place is very unclean. I felt bad for Mai, working in such a terrible location. I would know because I work as a salon receptionist. Shellac polish change on the toes for $25 is actually a very reasonable price I must say. (Advice to the owner: Maybe don’t insult clients that are paying for your services and clean the place while you have free time instead of being glued to your phone. As a salon receptionist, I take the responsibility of cleaning in between clients and sweep the floors at my salon, you should try the same.)

This was my second time coming to the Salon and the first time was amazing! I went in today as a walk in and requested a simple fill with small gems on my pinky nails and Was not expecting what I got. The lady doing my nails used the top coat to connect the gems to my nails, cured it, then put a bunch of nail glue on top of everything which made a huge mess. The nail polish was also very uneven and had streaks. I didn’t realize it wasn’t even until after it was cured. I also had a cut under my ring finger from filling and a cut on the side of my thumb, as well as irritation on my middle fingers cuticle. The shape of my nails weren’t as sharp as they were last time they did my nails and the consistency wasn’t there. The lady who did my nails the first time was amazing and would come back for her.
