Diva Salon and Spa - Seton - Calgary

It was my first visit to the salon. I got a shellac express pedicure and a brow tint. My pedicure was really good. A good experience and she did a great job. My brow tint on the on the other hand was a nightmare. She didn’t shape the tint and it stained my skin in spots it shouldn’t have. It also was very spotty and patchy. Highly disappointed with it and it didn’t last.

Recommend!! I just got a hair cut/style. Jayda did a great job. Didn't cut off too much hair and styled it perfectly. Will be back!

I went to Lucy yesterday and had the best experience!! She is so sweet and gave me the best haircut and style. She is super efficient.

Tegan and Alecia were my girls today. Such fabulous service from both. Rochellle at the front was great too. I loved the service I received today.

my friend recommended this salon to me when i asked where she got her haircut because it looked so amazing!! i had booked an appointment & requested a senior stylist, however when i got there, i was told that i would now be with a stylist one level below. i was like whatever, that’s ok, they still know what they’re doing ! umm… yeah, it was awful? unfortunately, the stylist i got (i believe her name was brittany) was super uncooperative and condescending. she was not really nice or welcoming, and kept questioning whether the haircut i wanted was REALLY what i wanted. (she was basically gaslighting me into thinking that wasn’t what i want.) i told her, REPEATEDLY, yes, i am aware that you need to style it to make it look good and that’s what i’m planning on doing. after we got through that debacle, it became clear she was trying to question me because she, herself, had no clue how to do the haircut… after showing her at least 15 pictures of women with long layers (i specifically searched up long hair layers because i have long hair) she said layers are not possible on me because my hair is too long, but that she could cut two singular face-framing layers. i asked her how that was possible when all the pictures i had shown her, they had visibly long hair down to their butt. she said word for word “it only seems like their hair is long because of the angle of the photo and how they’re leaning.” i mean…. c’mon, did she think i’m that stupid? leaning a certain way and angles can only do so much. and pictures aside, i have plenty of friends with long hair and layers. she said she’d have to cut my hair quite short for layers and did not want to have to do that. i don’t have it in me to argue with workers, and at this point, i had already went back and forth with her repeatedly so i just nodded and let her cut just my curtain bangs because according to her, that’s all my hair could allow. i walked out and ended up paying $90 for curtain bangs hahah. i have long, and THICK south asian hair btw, so layers were completely doable. i just went somewhere else and got what i wanted lol

I have been visiting this location since 2015 for all my hair styling, facial and mani-pedis. Debbie is the best when it comes to facial and mani pedis. Mandy is super talented hair stylist. AVEDA skin and hair products used here are the best in the industry as they are natural, cruelty free and absolutely nourishing for hair and skin. It has always been a pleasure getting skincare and hair done from Diva. I am always looking forward to my spa visits. Recently got Mani Pedi done from Tieghan and it was nothing less than perfect!! ?

Lucy is amazing and so knowledgable! I come to her for styling and colours and she always makes me look and feel my best. I have curly hair and it’s tough to find stylists who know what to do with it but Lucy always does! Highly recommend!

I visited Diva Salon at their Seton location to have my hair and makeup done when I came to the city for a special occasion. I received excellent customer service before, during, and after my appointment. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Britt did a fantastic job with my makeup. I was also very lucky to have Lucy as my stylist. She coloured and styled my hair exactly as I had hoped. She is skilled, knowledgeable and so kind!
