They don't always post sale prices that are available in the Rexal flyer but if you ask for it they give it to you that sale price. Things seem overpriced here too. Also it would be great if they were open on weekends.

The pharmacist was very rude and not helpful. I have visited this location several times. The breast pumps they rent were not cleaned and did not work properly. They are also very overpriced.

DEAD TRAP! 1st if your looking for it well it's inside the hospital. 2nd it's half the size of a regular pharmacie store so I doubt you'll find what your looking for. 3rd there is literally zero parking spot cause it's at the hospital and the opposite side the land is under construction so I had to walk about 1km to get there. 4th the hole trip made me waste 25min of my life without buying anything

It is disappointing how they deal with their customers. Rude staff don't listen to your complains because they think they are always right.

I go to the Rexall every week. The personal service is awesome, I love the staff. I would never go to another Pharmacy, they are a huge part of my health care team.

We have been dealing with this pharmacy for about two years now, once a month. Every time we call ahead of time to see if my sons prescription is ready, we run into an issue. Very rude staff, talk down to you and are very difficult to deal with. If we had our way, we would go else where but unfortunately this is where our sons medicine has to be delivered to. I cringe every time I have to call because you just don't know what type of service or who you are going to get. Worst customer Service, unprofessional and just rude. I will be taking this further as I am not impressed by the treatment we have received. One time I got a really nice young lady who knew what she was doing and was so professional, I wish I had asked her name because that is the only time we received kindness and excellent customer service.

Just terrible. Was getting discharged post knee replacement, meaning I was in a considerable amount of pain, and needed to get home to elevate and ice. Was told after they took prescriptions it would be 30 mins and they would text me when done. Received a text at 40 mins and was told that the texting is ahead of the pharmacist and it’s not ready yet. Prescriptions were ready at 59 mins. No pharmacist reviewed any meds with me. Lastly we provided both insurance cards for coverage which ALWAYS mean we pay nothing; not this time. There was a cost incurred with each prescription. albeit small. When I said this to the cashier there was no offer to rectify or look into it. A little compassion for a newly discharged patient in pain goes a long way. I should know, I work in healthcare and would be mortified if our patients at Foothills got treated this way. Do better Rexall. I really wish I had just gone to my community pharmacy.

I popped in to ask about the covid-19 vaccine booster and the pharmacist was incredibly rude. Zero customer service skills. I understand the environment is a bit stressful but it doesn’t take much to pick your words and delivery to provide a most positive experience. I won't be back.
