★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love good earth but unfortunately wont go back to this one. The seating is so uncomfortable. The chairs don't even seem big enough for a child. Very small location as well. I got the medium roast and it seemed like it had been sitting for awhile as it was just luke warm and tasted old. Also the wifi kept kicking me out after 5 or 6 minutes. They should really have their own wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Seton YMCA for a swim meet. Ordered ‘2’ sandwiches from Good Earth. They charged me for 3 sandwiches. The two ladies did not know how to do a refund. Instead of apologizing, they tried to get me to take the extra sandwich. I told them I didn’t want it, they huffed and took it away. They proceeded to ignore me and take other peoples orders. Finally the manager called and said to give me cash back. I did not receive a receipt, yet one of the worker’s told me that it is my responsibility to check the order and to know what I am paying for. No apology, extremely rude and unprofessional. If there were no stars I would have selected that.
Will NEVER give this place any business ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for the past 5 years. Love the atmosphere and spacious space with windows all around. I have been meeting with my customers daily and Telus Internet is really reliable. Drinks are amazing. Staff are all friendly and amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was pretty good and I liked the atmosphere but as somebody who has worked in customer service myself, I can't in good conscience give a better review. They are so understaffed. The workers were lovely but seemed pretty overwhelmed and with only one worker having to both take orders and fulfill them while a line of people waits for you, them seeming overwhelmed was definitely warranted. They need to schedule more people per shift because this is outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here just once, but that one time my experience was quite positive. My coffee was delicious, the barista was courteous and polite and the place itself is quite nice. I am happy we have such a place in this area. Would come back to it for sure.
