He listened to our concerns, examined my 4 year old in a calm and friendly way and gave us an honest, unbiased opinion, which was what we were looking for. All of this free of charge. The quality of care given was always above and beyond what we expected. Their priority was always the patients best interest and always took their time to do things right. We highly recommend Authentic Orthodontics to anyone needing braces for their kids, or any other Ortho related work. Their rates are very competitive with other offices, their service and quality is probably the best in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very very impressed with the staff. We were running late and they made it all work. Once we were inside getting our assessment, we were not rushed or hurried.
The assistant and the doctor took their time and even asked my son about things he liked and how was his summer going so far. It was nice to see that level of care. They made sure he understood the procedure and what he could expect. PI feel very comfortable taking my son here to get Braces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Authentic Orthodontics, so far, has been short but pleasant. You can sign in for your appointment with the computer at the door (although I question their use of a biometric fingerprint scanner), or at the main counter.
The Seton location can be a little difficult to find: look for and turn in at the BMO and TD Banks, it's just behind the BMO bank.
The Okotoks location is just East of the Costco.
