I have been going to High Street Dental for over 10 years. I have tried a couple other places as they were closer. The other places botched my teeth, improper fillings, screwed with my bite. Don't bother with the other places. I just went in for a Wisdom tooth extraction which is was extremely nervous about. Jeff popped the tooth out with literally no pain. My cheek didn't swell at all, no swelling, just low level pain because of the hole in my face. I can't recommend this please enough!

Confidence in this dental office has been shattered. Went here because a friend recommended. Dr. Jordan seems to always be over booked and in a rush, doesn't finish restorations properly and leaves sharp edges. Had a filling done between 1st and 2nd molar previously and was billed $100 for him to smooth out the finish. Not worth the trip across the city to be billed for him to finish his work. The staff is professional and friendly but the reluctance for the dentist to complete their work properly is frustrating, about 4 fillings he did have excess material causing gum irritation and cuts the floss making it difficult to maintain tooth and gum health. It costs more to get a new client than it does to retain a client.

When I was young I had a couple incredibly traumatic dental experiences which have just caused me to absolutely hate the dentist. My girlfriend had to BEG me to go to one for a tooth that was hurting me. Anxious and terrified as I was, dr Jeff and his staff were incredibly kind, professional, knowledgable and just made me feel so much better about everything I needed. One of which was a route canal I had done today, and with the help of dr. Jeff and his staff, I can honestly say I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Could not even feel the procedure in the slightest. Highly recommend high Street dental

Definitely my new go to dentist! It had been a while since I’d had dental care, had a couple filings that had fallen out recently, ideally the teeth need crowns but I was holding out till benefits cover them in a few months. Was ready to have to pay for them myself though once the fillings fell out while flossing, to try to salvage the teeth. Dr. Jeff took a look and said he can make it work with a root canal and fillings that were covered already and make it work till my crowns are covered! They got me in super fast, the appointment was quick, and the two teeth are looking like full teeth again and I can chew food worry free for the first time in a while. All with services that were already covered on my insurance. I’m so grateful. Already scheduling every other service I need here. 10/10.

I have a very tortured relationship with dentists because of an absolutely disastrous wisdom tooth experience in the late 80’s. Because of an early trial period of giving kids fluoride pills in the 70’s I had perfect teeth. Thanks to my deep grooves painted with a sealant in the 90’s meant no cavities well into my 30’s. But a near decade without so much as an X-ray left me in terrible shape. There is also a trend with dental practices to NOT follow the pricing guide at the same level as most insurance companies go by. So I just couldn’t afford 2 or 3 hundred extra dollars every visit. BUT I FINALLY FOUND High Street Dental. They respect the guide and although I am an adult, they treat me with kid gloves because they are aware of my apprehension and flat out anxiety attacks that happen at the dentist. I have received follow up calls and a true dedication to making my mouth work again, with kindness and an absolute dedication to doing things right. Thank you so much HIGH STREET DENTAL for everything.

Would give a million stars if I could!! Dr Jordan and his assistant are the absolute best! Haven’t had Dr Jeff yet, but my mum only has good things to say about him. The staff are so so friendly to the patients, and the ladies at the front always put a smile on my face! Best clinic!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given it 0. My girlfriend went in for dental work and for some reason my benefits wouldn't go through according to the dentist. No problem, I paid for it while she was there on August 12th and would submit it to my benefits myself since it was a massive bill. It turns out 18 days later the dentist put it through on my benefits (double paying themselves) so now I can no longer claim it on my benefits as they have already been paid for the services. Multiple calls for a refund have been made with multiple different excuses from High Street dental. First it was "OK we will refund that right away", then "The only person who can do refunds isn't here today". Approximately 6 phone calls later and still no refund. To top it all off, my girlfriend has had constant mouth pain since the simple dental work was done. DO NOT GO TO HIGH STREET DENTAL. The next step is taking them to small claims court to have this issue resolved by a Judge. Absolutely ridiculous.
