I had quotes from other companies but George and Jordan were by far the most professional and responsive. They took extra time to explain my roofing needs due to my low sloped roof and poor ventilation. Would highly recommend using City Boss for your roof replacement.

I loved the interaction with George right from the start. He provided all the information we needed, was extremely patient with our questions on the selection of roof, provided us all the information we required. He was completely transparent about materials, availability and delivery. His estimations for delivery and completion of the work was spot on. When it came to the actual installation the goods were delivered on the day we were advised and the entire house was re-roofed in under a day. Jordan provided arial pictures of the work before, in progress and after along with pictures and details of the additional work that was required. I would definitely recommend City Boss Residential Roofing if you are looking for quality and reliable work.

I called around to compare roofers recommended by our inspector, our realtor, and our engineer friends, and not only were their prices totally reasonable, but they were so professional, friendly, and responsive. Choosing them was a no-brainer. - Super knowledgeable and communicative when discussing roofing options. Gave me honest answers, even if those answers resulted in me not spending as much money with them. - Were very clear about what I needed to do, written in email well in advance (not leave my car in the garage, remove garden decorations from harm's way, etc) - Responded so quickly any time I had a question, no matter how small - Came when they said they would - SO organized. Staff member for each piece of the job. Materials delivered on to the roof the day before. So streamlined! - Every person I dealt with from City Boss was so friendly and professional. Felt totally comfortable having them working around our home. - Got the job all done in one day! - Sent me drone pictures of each step when the job was all done so that I could see how well they had done! - Went above and beyond. Seriously awesome.

I met with many contractors but George took the time to explain everything and every detail. To me that was very important. It was not about finding the lowest quote. I needed people I could trust. The day the crew was here was so fast and painless and they were very professional. Clean up was immaculate. I met Jordan that day too and also felt the same trusting level as with George. It was a great experience overall. I will likely not need roofing services in my future, however I highly recommend them for anyone else needing their roof redone.

He was quick to respond, he walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and showed me samples which I really appreciated. City Boss Roofing were the first ones to respond and George came out a couple days later on a weekend to have a look. I got a fair quote and picked out colors. On the scheduled roofing day, City Boss worked from about 8AM-12:30PM with a large crew. They were efficient and fast. The crew sounded like they were having a few laughs, which was a huge plus. My neighbours were also getting their roof done on the same day and it took a different company two full days from 8-5PM to replace their roof. They had 2 days worth of nail gun and a trailer parked in their front yard. Meanwhile I had a brand new roof in about 4.5 hours and a quiet property the same afternoon. I'm really impressed with City Boss Roofing and I'm enjoying my new roof. I feel like I got pro service. Thank you George, Jordan, and Crew.
