I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye dr. Both my husband and I and our two young children (5 & 2 yrs old) got our eyes checked, and we even found frames for us parents quickly with the help of their professional staff! I couldn't be more impressed with FYiDoctors. Thank you for your help!

Front end staff is hit and miss.. overall generally good. Brittany is amazing at her job. She listens to the customer on what theyre after for frames, functionality. Great personality. Would highly reccommend her for eye glass fittings

I've felt in the bigger stores I was more of an inconvenience and also waited unnecessarily long. Everyone at FYI was super nice. No one was rushing anything. Took time to help me find a pair of glasses I liked. Dr. Bunny Virk took time to help and I felt he truly cared about my health and vision. I absolutely recommended this location and FYI in general.

We were in Mackenzie town and I realized with all the recent commotion and upheaval in life that I had forgotten about an appointment for my son. I think his dad had taken him once before so I thought we would just go there and there were problems with the insurance part of it but a lady who works there named Monica went above and beyond in helping us work everything out. I do not find that people are very friendly anymore even when they are just doing their normal jobs but Monica went the extra mile to smooth everything out for us and we are so very grateful. Thank you Monica and thank you FYi - we will be back!
A	Aleasha Loblaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered glasses from here and had a lovely experience. The lady who helped me was so wonderful and I ended up with glasses I really love. I decided to get my contacts from here as well and unfortunately did not have the same experience. I paid $65 to join their program where you can trial different contacts to find ones you like (I have had a lot of issues with contacts). I tried a pair in January that I didn't like, so I came back in for an appointment on Feb 10 and they were to order me another pair. They did warn me that it would take about 6 weeks for them to come in because of my prescription. I called today to enquire since it has already been 10 weeks and it turns out they were never even ordered in the first place. I will now have to wait at least another 6 weeks to get these contacts in to try.
