The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jiwa does an excellent job of getting to know you as a patient and makes sure that any questions you have are answered, and that you leave with no concerns about your eye health.

Every visit I have had here is excellent. They are incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. Thank you! Update May 2022: another outstanding experience, this time with Dr Jiwa, for my baby. They helped me get him in luckily at the last minute to evaluate what seemed to be an infection in his eyes. So grateful to have the dr check him out at the last minute!! Very caring, very informative, personable and I won’t take my family anywhere else! Thank you again!

Excellent! I was looking for a new Optometrist and I saw Dr. Aleem Jiwa. He was amazing, patient and polite. Didn't talk down to me and didn't try to swindle me with unnecessary purchases. I was excited to go purchase my new glasses the next day! Would HIGHLY reccomend!!!

Dr. Jiwa and his staff are very friendly and accommodating! I have been searching for the perfect frame for a long time and was happy to find exactly what I was looking for at premier eye care. The process was very smooth and accommodating, I recommend coming here for all your vision needs!

Went to this establishment for eye exams and glasses for myself and girlfriend. The younger female employee was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not the same with the elder female worker. After our Sunlife benefits wouldn't go threw, the older lady told us that with direct deposit we pay and get reimbursed.... so I mentioned how we did the exact same thing with a "direct billing" at a massage parlor and didn't pay ANYTHING out of pocket. She again told us we were wrong and direct billing means "we pay and get reimbursed". Finally the younger worker explained how Sunlife was actually switching platforms that same weekend and could be why it wasn't excepting direct billing. So we paid out of pocket (higher rates then any other place for exams) and leave. Now 2 weeks later, I went to pick up my prescription safety sunglasses..... they ordered the WRONG glasses!!!! Again the elder lady tried telling me those were what I picked, even thou the younger lady was the one that took care of most of my purchase at the 1st appointment. And again I tried to explain they were NOT what I ordered.... so finally the younger lady came over, agreed with me, and we grabbed the boxes where my styles were. Yet again, ATTITUDE AND DENIAL from the older lady that everything I way saying was supposedly wrong. She was rude and not trained very well with their products and systems.... I ended up taking the wrong pair anyways because they were still good enough for what I needed. But my girlfriend will not be purchasing from this store for a few reasons: - attitude from the elder women - and somehow her glasses with cheaper frames and less options then my own were somehow $300 MORE THEN MINE. ALL AND ALL: - IGNORANT ELDER EMPLOYEE - WAY HIGHER PRICES THEN ANYWHERE ELSE *** I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE***

I was thankfully able to get a new prescription which is what I came for, but an inconvenience was that the clinic had made a typo of my prescription so when I was trying to purchase new glasses elsewhere the staff at the shop were flabbergasted by my astigmatism and were asking each other if an astigmatism that high was even possible. When I called the clinic about it they were able to go into my file and email me the correct prescription but it did delay my process with getting new glasses. The optometrist who assessed me had a kind demeanor but her approach to telling me about my eyes' condition was a little unprofessional. EDIT: Dr. Jiwa demonstrated exceptional integrity and sincerity with reaching out to me and many others regarding our experiences with his clinic and his intentions to improve training of his staff particular with regards to communicating with patients.

Extremely dissatstified. I made my apointment for an eye exam in In mid October, 2021 and following the exam I made my selection of frames for a new pair of glasses. I was told that they would be a few weeks which I thought was normal.. A few weeks went by and there was no call to come pick them up. So, I called them. And they did have them.. oops I guess they just forgot to call me after taking my money. When trying them on, I noticed the frame wernt at all like the ones I selected.. hmm maybe it was just me i thought. But the more i looked the more I said no way these arnt what i ordered.. These are gold womens frames! compleyley differnt as I am a male. After showing them to the sales rep, she wasnt convinced at first but did make efforts to correct it and a new pair was ordered. However I would be heading to ontario for a few weeks and need them for driving so they offered to let me "borrow" the improper frames as the lenses were correct for my prescription. My new pair arrived, several weeks later . In the meantime between waiting for my new frames before travelling I ordered several pairs from an online retsiler as i wasnt taking any chances, a retailer who not only got it it right the first time , they had them delivered to me in a couple days. (The frames Premier offered to let me borrow were goddy and completely unfit for anyone below the age of 60 and not female.) Fast forward to march 2022 not 5 months later And only lightly used. IM driving my gf home from a long 14 hour day at the hospital from her surgery, she looks over at me and say babe, your glasses are falling apart. I was confused. and reached to the arm band and just touching it made the lens fall out, aprently it was just hanging on by a thread of plastic. This is at about 830 pm and immediatly impaired my vision. I WONT be returning. the first mistake is fine, the second incident could have caused a tragedy. Utterly disgusted with this place. For the price i paid here, you could get over 20 of the cheapest frames and lenses from an online retailer in under a week to your door. ( I ordered 5) cost me 55$ to mine.. all of ehich are going strong and in brand new condition i might add. I always love to support local and brick and morter. But above all I value reliability, accountability and reposnibility. Run from this place. Its not worth the risk
