★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful that a friend recommended Evidence Sport and Spine. I was in a car accident and had a lot of pain, whiplash and a concussion. I have been helped so much. Sunny is amazing he is very knowledgeable and professional. He has provided me with treatment and suggestions that have been allowing me to work my way back to health. The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant.
I highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Evidence Sport and Spine in Mahogany has been excellent, and I am greatly satisfied by their care. Tanielle Garcia (therapist/concussion specialist) has been a fantastic healer. After my accident, I was suffering from tremendous amounts of pain. I had severe lower back/knee pain and had significant issues because of brain hemorrhaging due to the accident. Thanks to Tanielle's care and guidance, I feel like a new, rejuvenated person. The front desk staff is also top-notch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality physical therapy.

The entire staff is very welcoming and I felt their covid protocols were fantastic. I felt very safe and taken care of. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was involved in an MVA that changed the way that I had to do life. I experienced some intense whiplash and concussion symptoms that left me barely able to turn my head or bend my hand without nerve issues. After about a year of various treatments, my general physio referred me to Sunny Chhokar as my recovery progress had started to slow down. Sunny suggested injections for my neck, and as skeptical as I was about getting them done, they worked! Most important - Sunny has always listened to me. Some of the doctors that I've seen rush me along or pass things off as "that's normal" - but Sunny is the guy looking at current studies/findings and for new ways to approach things; he's the guy that says "this is NOT normal", even after you've accepted that it is. I kept telling him "I have a headache, it's probably weather related" - and one day he said "you know...everytime you see me you tell me this, and it's not normal, even for people who suffer chronic migraines...I've been doing some research and I think I know how to help." And 100%, he stopped the daily "weather" headaches by relieving nerve tension.
Sunny will find a way to help you, if one way doesn't work - he won't give up.

I am an athlete that has been working with Sunny since 2017 for multiple sports injuries and he has always been extremely thorough with the work we do. Whether I be in Calgary and am able to come see him, or in the states for university, I have total trust that if anything pops up at any point I can reach out to him and see him face to face or virtually; he always makes time, is very personable, professional, and will go the extra mile for his clients.

Even before my referral was received at the clinic they went above and beyond to answers my questions and support in any way they could. By far the best service from clinic staff I have EVER received (over the phone, through email, and in person). It is always a pleasure connecting with the Evidence Sport and Spine Clinic! I highly recommend booking an appointment or getting a referral to this clinic. You won’t be disappointed :)
