Lifemark rehabilitation services
Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.
As leaders in all we do, Lifemark therapists have developed specialty physiotherapy-based services within our clinics. Our vestibular (dizziness and balance), cancer, pelvic and concussion rehabilitation services all make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians today.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started coming here after an operation on my foot and ankle and soft Frankie who put me through the paces. I've done about eight sessions now and things are remarkably better compared to the beginning, but I do know we have a long way to go yet. But it's nice to see it working. Appointment times have always been on time. They listen to you here as well which is a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get great treatments from Richard and Frankie and the support staff are all great and friendly. I recommend either of these gentlemen for IMS and dry needling, they have been working on my elbow tendonitis and have had work on knots in my traps. It's a good environment and they keep it light and the staff and patients are usually laughing while going through the short term pain for long term gain.

The exercises and stretches, that she showed me were extremely helpful in my road to recovery. I highly recommend Sarah, if ever you’re looking for a physio therapist.

Not only are the extremely knowledgeable, but the fun and friendly atmosphere make coming for treatment a treat. We have been fortunate enough to see almost every physiotherapist over the years and we have always been so very happy. I’m currently seeing Frankie for a knee replacement rehab. Frankie is considerate, understanding, and was empathetic to my situation. He’s been doing this for years so I know I’m in the professional’s hands. The support staff are wonderful, always a smile and very friendly. I wouldn’t trust my rehab to any other physiotherapist office.

While I wait for a hip replacement, I feel empathy and I feel listened to during treatments with Richard. When I am having a particularly painful day, I feel taken care of. Richard takes the time to explain why pain presents in different areas.
The front desk staff are wonderful and welcoming. The assistants are friendly and attentive.
This office is casual and playful and a good fit for me.

She was honest about what was needed (and what was not), and how to move forward in a way that I was comfortable with. She provided rehabilitation and maintenance suggestions once active treatment was complete. I highly recommend seeing her for any and all physiotherapy needs!
