I did my online research and searched the google reviews to select Christy as my therapist and I have to say I am very impressed! She was able to understand and execute the kind of massage I needed for my injuries and still allow relaxation. I find that some therapists only attack the issues and when you leave you feel so tense and sore so it was nice to find a hybrid that still bring relaxation after attacking the problem areas.

Bev was very professional and knowledgeable about what muscles were causing the pain I was experiencing. She is very strong and was able to ease that pain quickly. I booked another appointment with her next week. I highly recommend her especially if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. Very friendly staff as well! See you next week!

I go for a monthly massage here - I’ve always had good experiences (I book with Vlajmir) very consistent and good to use my benefits for. My partner has had inconsistent results with the other massage therapists.

I've been using Massage Heights for the past 8 years. I've had 3 different massage therapists but Zaldy is the absolute best. He's kind and professional - easy to talk to and listens when you explain an ache or pain. I went through cancer and chemo three years ago and he understood exactly the pressure I needed and the importance of physical and mental well-being to heal effectively. Would highly recommend this location- all the staff are friendly and attentive.

I had a terrible experience who did my massage three days ago. I asked if we are done coz her hand is not working on my right tight she got mad and rushed to touch my back and then massage my neck so hard.How could that worker is trying to do bad on you and yet you have to pay them. This was at 130 ave SE Massage Heights.I am really planning to make a formal complain.

They did not do what they offered me. I was convinced to sign up for a three payments subscription because it would be a better deal. They said that once I was done with the three payments, I could easily cancel if I didn't want it anymore. However, I called them today and I was told the first payment would not count towards the subscription and now I have to make a fourth payment, which it seems to be impossible to avoided (it doesn't make sense at all!). On top of this, they will NOT cancel your subscription at the clinic. They force you to write an email message that will only be read after 5 business days by an inaccessible manager, and they expect a 30 days notice (yes, you have to do that and they don't seem to e flexible about this, especially beacuse there's no manager to deal with the public). Now I'm waiting and hoping that someone will actually cancel my "subscription", and hopefully before they charge me even more. The place and the people is nice, but this subscription they offer turned out to be more expensive than random sessions, and it's also very painful to cancel.

My wife and I booked two different appointments on December 23, 2021, at 13:00 pm and 16:00 pm respectively. My wife paid in full for both her time and mine and they provided her the receipts. However, when I showed up later for my appointment, I was asked to pay again. I provided them the receipts issued by Massage Heights for myself and my wife showing that all the charges were paid in full but they asked me to show our credit card statement!!!! Isn't it disrespectful? Apparently, instead of charging our credit card directly for our appointments, they charged our credit card for their gift cards and used those gift cards to pay our balance (Based on my conversation with them). However, due to unknown deficiencies, my balance was not updated so they asked me to pay again. They, finally, accepted that the issue was their internal miscommunication, but the awful part was that they initially made some offensive comments claiming the credit card statement is just showing the charge related to the gift card price. It did not make sense even for themselves, as they issued the "Paid in Full" receipts for both of us earlier, and fortunately, I had them in my car. I can guess that selling gift cards have some benefits, and it is OK, but they may respect their customers. Also, Both of us received a call from Massage Heights just before our appointments that we have to pay $12 (each), more than what we were supposed to pay based on our original quote during the booking process. of course, we had to accept their request as we planned to flex some time during the working hours to meet our appointments but, if you are booking your next appointment, expect a call from them just before your appointment asking for more $, like what they did for us. I keep my right to file a complaint about what happened today, so please let me know if there is any organization dealing with customers' complaints in Alberta.
