Deborah was the one who helped me in customer care. She helps so good and she was kind and patient.Best Customer service.

Deborah the business manager is wonderful she helped me with a Amazon package and save me a bunch of money. Also watched her greet several customers with genuine care. Best UPS store EVER!!!

Instead of having forms where everyone can take them they make you wait for their obscene lineups to ask for forms then make you wait for the line up yet again. Extremely poor customer service even was threatened to get kicked out of the store for saying the forms should be where customers could access them and fill them out while waiting store clerk blamed management of this store

Be careful at this location, they must work on commission. Today I took in a boxed laptop straight from the Apple store to ship to one of my employees in the Philippines. The ‘nice’ lady gave me some forms to fill out and said that she would pack it up for me in a box in the meantime. I figured it would just be a few extra dollars for the box - no big deal. After she finished packing it up in a box that was about 3 times too big, she proceeded to give me a quote. She asked me, how do you want to send it? DHL or UPS? I said I’d go with whichever was the cheaper option since I wasn't in any kind of a rush. She quoted UPS at $483.24 and DHL at $463.47. I was taken aback by this because I had checked for quotes online and they were all in the $110-$150 range (including UPS). I told her that I’d have to look into this and come back if I wanted to ship it at that price. I told her I’d still pay for the box obviously and she went ahead and charged me $35 dollars for it!! To make a long story short, I went to another courier and asked how much to ship the same box as is. It was around $250 (can’t remember the exact amount), which was much better but still didn’t seem correct. I told her about the quotes I saw online and she asked me what it was that I was sending. When I told her, she asked me why in the world I pack it in such a large box. I told her that it was done for me at the UPS store and she laughed at me saying that I was being ripped off as the dimensions add a large amount to the shipping price (which I wasn’t aware of because I don’t really ever ship anything internationally)! We took it out of the ridiculously large box, put the laptop box in a bubbled envelope which, in-turn, reduced the dimensions enormously. I ended up paying $127.77!! I’m just writing this review to warn other of their business practices.

Went in today to send a package to Edmonton and Nidhi was INCREDIBLE!! Sadly I have been to three UPS stores I’m at other locations in Calgary and was made to feel like an inconvenience. Not with Nidhi! She was a rockstar! She was helpful, went above and beyond to help me ship our package and I couldn’t recommend this store more! Thanks for all you did Nidhi!!!

Don't usually enjoy shipping parcels, but I've had a couple of experiences lately at this UPS shop. Laurissa is exceptional; friendly and professional, and makes shipping pleasant. 10 out of 10.

I was in the store this afternoon and there was 1 lady working with 3 or 4 of us in line phone was ringing and the lady working was still smiling, friendly, telling people when they walked in right away she'd be with them as soon as she could. There was so much going on and I was just amazed at her positivity she was an absolute sweetheart, was quick and efficient getting people helped. There is no way I've ever had such great service from any store and possibly never will after my experience today
