★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever use these dyson hand dryers. Here is a perfect example that they are never properly cleaned and when you put your hands in to dry, the machine just blows particles of filthy disgusting water back all over your hands. Wash your hands and walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meter was incorrect (and according to the attendants the meter techs were by the day before to do something) I was charged for 76 litres to fill a 60 litre tank that only needed ~40L or so (and physically CANNOT fit 76 litres). I went in to speak to the attendants in there and they were polite about my concerns, and have sent them off for customer care to handle.
This occurred Jan 4th, 2021, and I was told I'd be contacted in 2-3 days, at the time of writing this review it is Jan 9th.
If someone at shell could reach out to me about rectifying this that would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked 45 minutes to get to this “24/7” store only be told to go away. It’s 12:35am and this happened around 12:25.
Check your cameras. Change the store hours if your rude staff won’t even open the door for your paying customers. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! RUDE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by staff. Jubbus or whatever her name is has issues and is terribly rude to all customers that were waiting in line. If you dont like your job Jubbus stay home. Also other times I have come here the staff is on their cellphone speaking full blast hindi while serving customers. I mean c'mon !!!! Go to co-op everybody do not come here ! They have great customer service and attitude at Co-op and its right next door .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll be honest, out of the 20-30 times I’ve shown up here during later hours, I think I’ve been attended to for half of them. Ever since COVID they started locking the doors at night and the attendant, instead of manning the window is gone, hidden in the back. You can honk, knock or scream, but you won’t be helped. my advise is just go to the coop or Petro-Canada nearby instead, as even if you get someone, it’s impossible to direct them to something as simple as a bottle of coke. 0/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is sketchy. Rude employees that either just straight up don't listen or they're on their phones. Highest mark ups, incorrect pump charges, not all lotto tickets handed over etc etc etc the list goes on and on. Copperfield location is the same as well. Avoid, go across the street or to coop further down on 52nd
