They have very good experience in making the food. When I went there the staff was very friendly they made my food very quick. I ordered a egg sandwich and it took less than a minute to make. The wait times are not very busy and there’s a lot of indoor eating/dining space.

Absolutely the worst location. Service is terrible and machines are down half the time. You're better to go elsewhere.

Worst bacon and egg mcmuffin I've ever had, bacon was barely cooked, and it was flavourless. Very disappointed. Hashbrowns were good though.

What a poor service... It's gotta be out there with the most poor service that I have received in Tim Hortons. It is 8/25/2020 7:30am, I ordered 2 sausage BELTs. After waiting for 15 mins I asked what's happening with my bagels.... Nobody got urgent, they just prepared 2 of them as if I had just ordered them. After waiting for another 3 mins one of the ladies just dropped it on aside without any announcements and left. I had exactly 1 napkin for both bagels and no ketchup. By the time my wife was asking for them for another 2 mins I had realised the bagels are not BELT but plain (no vegetables in there) When we addressed that they started doing them as of we had just had them ordered. After she throw those in the counter top and I had to take them to go I had realized she made them with bacon instead of sausage. This has to be THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE in any Tim Hortons that we've been in the country. And to top it all off, there was not a single apology or remorse in absolutely no way. To think that this is happening in our beautiful community makes me sad. Would not recommend! :(

Welcome to another episode of No sense of Customer Service at Tum Hortons, today I ordered 2 packs of 10 timbits, and I was given a small box of donut, surprise to me it was actually 10 Timbits in each. Upon asking I got to know they were out of box for timbits, which sounds strange as they also have 20 pack and 50 pack and assuming they would be out of those as well. I also ordered multiple other stuff which was loosely packed. They didnt even have sense of atleast putting everything in a bag so its easy for me to carry, which I had to ask for and either they were so negligence that they offered me a paper bag the smallest one they have. TIMS had really proven track for poor customer service, specially this location, they wont fail to amaze me every time I visit..

Rude incompetent staff. I ordered a GARDEN VEGGIE veggie sandwich which I always do at EVERY tim hortons. It is important to note the garden veggie sandwich is on the official menu & the most recommended veggie option at tims. I repeated myself 4x when my order was taken & even mentioned which type of cream cheese I wanted. I got a different sandwich & after driving all the way back to the store (I noticed when I got to my desk), I told the staff my issue. They interrupted me immediately stating that I did get a veggie sandwich (one of those with processed meat replacement & egg). Regardless of what I said no one cared that it was NOT the sandwich I asked for 4x & they were very dismissive. I left the store for good that day. Own up to your mistakes. This is why you will all be replaced by machines in time.

I only go here when I absolutely have to because I work in this plaza. I almost always order via mobile, but if I actually want it ready for pickup I need to order it at least 15m ahead of when I can be there for it. I've stood at the mobile counter for 13m waiting for them to start working on my order while one person putters around refilling machines and the other staff take orders from walk-ins as they come in the door, not even handling an existing lineup. About a third of the time, my order isn't ready regardless because they're out of a type of bagel or muffin but it wasn't reflected in the app (not their fault but a major annoyance when I'm running late.) And I always order a bagel belt and about half the time I find, when I get to work and actually sit down to eat, it doesn't have cheese on it, or tomato, or something.

I know. Tim Hortons and a 5 star rating. I went there for a tea and donut, and got my tea and donut. Rapid service, super friendly team and that’s all I wanted. So yep, 5 stars it is compared to some other restaurants.
