K	KittieKat_YYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with RBC since 2001 and without complaints...until now!! Cheques that I deposit have a HOLD placed on them for FIVE days! Thanks alot! Now my rent is late and the bank makes money off me for the bounced transaction this causes! Where did this come from?
A	Ash Crouch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client 2 days now and so far it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I made a deposit into the ATM on Thursday, asked when the funds would be available. I was told they would be released on Friday. I sent an email transfer Friday evening based on the information I received from the branch. I was wondering how come the transfer didn't go through so I called customer service. The teller who initially told me the info gave me erroneous information. If I would of been told about the hold right away, I wouldn't of spent an hour on hold dealing with it and the inconvenience of having to go into a branch to deal with it. I was also told there are only 2 branches in Calgary open on Saturday which isn't true, there is one in my neighborhood open. So next time give proper information next time and I will be a satisfied customer. The advisor who set up my account Joby Alexander from the Calgary main branch did an excellent job in setting me up at RBC. Mr Alexander gets the one star. Rest of you lot get 0 stars.
G	Grace Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you were ever book with Pannee, you might want to cancel your appointment and run like the plague. The worst advisor ever! Rude and disrespectful and does not know anything. I am the client and should not be talked down to. I would rather travel 10min down the road to see someone at the Walden branch. With the numerous complaints about her here I am surprised RBC has not disciplined her. How can someone like this be working in a sales role?
J	John Giffin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible appointment with Maria, who is a mortgage specialist. I was lied to multiple times. When questioned about the lies and the math was done to prove it she refused to admit what she said was wrong or untruthful... Shooed out 30min prior to my appointment ending because she "had another appointment." I guess mine wasn't important. I'm not sure if she understands basic math, let alone being qualified to give any advise or help with someone's mortgage. I was told it was a courtesy from her to come to the scheduled appointment. I didn't realize it was optional for her to come to our arranged appointment time. Manager at the bank tried to brush everything under the rug and my issue is still not resolved three weeks later. Honesty may be hard to find at this bank. Beware.

J	J Lavigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow, only ever 1 or 2 tellers. And your standing there waiting for an easy 20 mins or more. Last two months has gone downhill bad. Always silly excuses. When asked why it's so slow.
S	Shauna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here last week and I believe her name was Nita (based on other reviews) and she was very very helpful and patient with me trying to do a bit of a complicated wire transfer. I came back in today because I was told I needed some more info, and Siobhan was the one to help me and she was AMAZING! She was polite and professional and took her time with me when I was on the verge of tears. The best customer service I have received in a long time
C	Candace Peace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time with anyone in this or any other RBC branch. Take your business to a bank that treats you like a person, not a number. Terrible experiences over the last several weeks with Zivar in branch. Pannea in advising and with their "mortgage specialists" that give general info rather than taking the time to look at your file and give educated answers based on who I am as a client. So many fees, so little customer service.
