★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not one to write reviews usually, especially bad ones. Today was the 3rd time I come here with this one blonde girl working, and 3rd time she had an attitude and it feels like she is rushing you out of the store and like she has better things to do than to help customers. Eye rolls, sighs.. its just unpleasant. I love Cobbs but this makes me uncomfortable when an employee acts this way.. also, they dont do the punch cards anymore, whem I asked wjat can be done She told me mine was garbage. Not pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Cobs, it is hard to not buy 1 of everything they have behind the counter though.
I only wish their gourmet hamburger buns were smaller. We love these with our burgers, but they are twice the size as an patty we find so you end up eating bites of just bread, which is normally OK, but not when you are wanting to eat a burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 12 cheese buns to be picked up on 3 days notice (which I thought was plenty of time). Got a call the morning the order is to be picked up saying that they can only fulfill 10 of the 12 . . . With no explanation as to why. I thought the point of ordering in advance was so they would bake my request fresh for me?! Apparently not. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Cobs bread location is the absolute worst for ordering from Skip. Out of 5-6 order attempts, only one has gone through without issues. They either don't have what you order or just let your order sit until it times out. I honestly don't know why they even bother. The bread itself is good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s the point of opening your bakery before you have the products out? I went in this morning when the store opened to buy a freshly baked loaf of bread & there was barley any product ready. “Do you have a loaf of high fibre white ready?” “Nope, we’ve got practically nothing.”
Maybe other locations do being a bakery, better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the low reviews and I thought I'd mention that I've had a great experience at this Cobs, every time I've come. Destinee makes sure you're greeted, like you've come to her kitchen, and she is so helpful in making sure your loaves are cut just the way you want it and that you leave smiling with all your bakery choices. I'm happy coming to this Cobs.
