★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday the 28th, my husband and I made our first visit to the Bulk Barn. The door was locked and we were allowed in only a few at a time due to social distancìng. The nicest girl greeted us and offer to help us personally to get our special ingredient. I was moved by how awesome she was. She clearly loves her job and is amazing at it. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her. Keep up the great service, you are awesome!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off this store is great, very well maintained and the staff are friendly. Just a reminder to my fellow shopper to extend the same courtesy to the employees at your choice of shop patronage. I watched a lady yell at the chaser today because she couldn't accept more than one coupon, and then had the audacity to try and make her toddler pay for part of the purchase to apply the second coupon. The lady then went on to cause a scene and say how she was going to head office to pursue her vendetta against an employee. Reminder, the employees don't make the rules, they are just paid to enforce them. Sorry to the friendly folks at bulk barn that you had to experience the embarrassing part of our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the Bulk Barn last week was a miserable experience, customer service is lacking greatly.
And today we discovered the manager of this place is equally miserable and also rude. As soon as myself and my partner walked in we were literally shouted at to put hand sanitizer on like we were toddlers and given a nasty glare. Not very welcoming I must say, setting a great example for her employees.
The nuts could be a little less stale too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safest place to shop for supplies so far. Numbers into the store limited by staff, on-line order was easy to make and we received a phone call when it was ready. Staff were wearing face masks for their protection. Hand sanitizer was available when you came in and when you exit. Good work Bulk Barn and stay safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to buy products that didnt come in wasteful packaging and loved it! Because of covid we weren't allowed to bring our own containers but that's ok because they had containers we could use. Unfortunately we had to buy them. They are recyclable so that's a plus but we have to rebuy them everytime. We were able to package our own products as long as we had gloves on and had hand sanitized. The staff were super nice and seemed very happy to be there it was very nice they were friendly. They did not carry dark chocolate chips there, maybe a different store would. Other than having to pay for the containers (which I don't mind but they're .30 cents each, maybe rhey will see this they will lower the price lol) and not carrying chocolate chips the store is great! Clean store fresh products and friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff, during this uncertain time they are doing everything to reassure the customers. A sanitized scoop for each item, face masks, gloves and they clean the cash area between each customer. Well done Bulk Barn, wish I could browse but I know we need to get in and out quickly. Always really friendly and efficient!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just how much fun is this place. My son a friend and I went in for the first time. I had completely underestimated the selection products, but a real eye opener once we were in the store. I've always been a fan of jujube candies, but the ones I got out of that store were probably the best I ever had ... ?

They are doing the best that they can under all conditions. Thank you to all staff at Bulk Barn for all your help and kindness through the years. Keep up the excellent work.
