Mike worked hard on an unreasonably tight timeline to make a miracle happen - an awesome mortgage. Don't just call your bank - call Mike, especially if you are self-employed. Seriously. In addition to getting a low rate mortgage and putting down as little as humanly possible for the down payment, Mike is also a great communicator, patient, responsive, and a lot of fun to work with.
