The staff are really friendly. Shelby especially took the time to answer any questions I had. He was informative and genuinely cared about whatever concerns or issues that I would have.

The workers here are very nice and work very efficiently! I feel very welcome and feel good about my visit every time due to the workers here. Especially, Shelby Phillips the personal bank advisor at this BMO!

I truly appreciate the great customer service by Ben Steinman. He has been attentive and helpful to quickly process the transfer of funds from my other accounts in other financial institutions. He is quick to respond to my emails and my phone calls and that is awesome! Many thanks! J. Wong

READ ALL THE REVIEW BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!!! Extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch and with the branch manager Jessica. Last year I had Jessica help with finalizing my last few payments with my student line of credit, to my surprise... I received a call months later letting me know that five payments were missed and there was an outstanding balance, this in turn greatly effected my cred! Long story short, she did not do the reporting properly and have since been trying to get my credit cleared up with Equifax. Second issue was setting up my first line of credit, I only requested $10,000 and was told I was approved for $20,000, went to sign the papers and saw that the interest rate was over 14%!? She reassured me that all she needed to do was explain her mistake with my student line of credit to her team and all would be ok. I waited and waited and waited some more (WEEKS) for the CC for my line of credit that was supposed to be sent out but never did due to an "account number mistake. No card ever showed up and the interest rate never got resolved so I just closed the account. My third and last straw with BMO and this representative was getting a mortgage approval. I don't think we need to go down that rabbit hole, but I'm sure you can imagine! Needless to say I believe Jessica to be unfit for the position/role she is in and would never recommend or do any of my banking with BMO now or in the future.

24hr ATM. Wheelchair accessible. Good service if you need to go inside for banking. 1 star lost for hardly ever filling up there hand sanitizer at the entry door.

Its been so many years dealing BMO and my parents dealing with BMO for 6 decades and my grandparents doing the same for longer its about time I finally say something. As a business customer and a personal as well not all my business is connected to them but enough to understand that everything I have ever needed has been done on time and in the manor requested. In particular Jessica who is now the branch manager at Seton formally from shawnessy. She in my case and when I've been in branch has not sat on her duff but instead always hands on and looking out of her fishbowl at her flock and her customers. She has always been quick to say hi and make sure that you feel welcome there. This is above her stellar email returns and or phone calls. I never hesitate to recommend both her or BMO. Keep it up and much success wished upon you.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with all the work Jessica has done for us at this branch. Jessica helped us through 2 home mortgages, 1 of which during the pandemic and also helped my husband set up his business accounts. She makes the process seamless and minimal stress with her consistent communication and her above and beyond attentiveness. I highly recommend this branch but especially recommend the professional work that Jessica provided our family through many of our biggest purchases and endeavors. We will continue to use her again.

I have come to this branch couple of times and staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. I recently had some issues with my personal banking and I spoke to branch manager Jessica Nicholas and she took ownership of my problems. She carefully listen, provided solutions, and most importantly she fixed my problems. Jessica was extremely professional, respectful, and she knew how to proceed with my issues/requests in a timely manner. Feels good that my personal banking is in good hands.
