★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get a chipped tooth fixed while I was on Mat leave and didn’t have benefits- the service itself was fast and friendly but they took an X-ray, which I wish I would have declined, but I wasn’t consulted about it, they just went ahead and did it- which of course increased the price significantly. They filled the chip but said I had at least 2 cavities surrounding that tooth and I needed to replace an existing filling with a crown at my next visit when my benefits kicked back in. 3 months later, I went to another local dental office and was told I had zero cavities and absolutely did not need a crown. Just disappointing to think of someone trying to make a buck with something completely untrue. They also didn’t release the X-ray that they took only a few months prior to my new dental office. My family and myself will no longer be going to MDW.

They didn’t once mention the poor condition of my teeth. Only positive thinks on how they could help me and not once did they push any procedures on me. They ask what they could do for me! My wife and toddler also go to this location and we’ve always been given great options to work around a full family schedule.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
All the staff from receptionist to Dentist made me feel very comfortable during and after the treatment. They are so professional, caring, informative bunch.
I love that they really care about my health. I received a follow up call after my fillings done asking if everything is okay. I have never received such customer care for years.
You guys got a life long customer here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with how my first visit went having some anxiety going into it because it had almost been five years since my last dental visit. They took my concerns seriously and everyone I came in contact with were so nice and put me at ease which helped a lot.
I appreciated the fact that since I didn't have insurance coverage that they would work with me and mentioned they aimed at making sure dental care was taking precedent over payment and they had more than one option available for said payment. I will be going back.
