★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff like always! The receptionist that finalized my payment plan and booked my next appointment was lovely! She said that my mom and I are one of her favourite mother daughter duos and she made me laugh and feel super comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going for several years now for my sons dental work. Initially I was impressed but much less so now. Firstly, they are the worst communicators. I send my son in alone (due to covid, lowering risk etc) and they never tell him when to get the next appointment scheduled. When he asks they’ve often said “whenever you can”. I get they aren’t in a hurry, after all we’ve paid our bill, but clearer instructions would help.
Also phone calls!!!!!…… if my call doesn’t go to voicemail it’s miraculous! Voicemails have NEVER been returned. Appointments are only booked a month out and “I’ll find out and get back to you” means call back again in a few days!
The Out of Hours Emergency service doesn’t exist……
I would not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my sons first ortho experience and so far it has been great! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The consultation process was very thorough and we never felt rushed. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultant my daughter had today was amazing. She was patient and answered all of my questions about her treatment plan. She even took more time to explain everything to me clearly which I appreciate. The staff at my orthodontist in McKenzie towne are always friendly which is a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this place. Size is impressively big compared to other dental clinics. So far, my experience is very positive. I would have given 5 stars but I don't know what would be my long term experience with them.
I will update my review probably in 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is fantastic! So friendly and my first sons invasaligns just came off and his teeth are PERFECT. Dentist aims for perfection. Second son about to get braces as we were so happy with my older sons results. Friendly and kids excited to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our whole family LOVES myORTHODONTIST McKenzie Town. They staff are always incredibly kind, patient, and positive. They make the entire process as painless as possible starting with dealing with your insurance company to working with you to formulate a treatment plan everyone is happy with. They create a safe space for the kids and talk to them like they are people explaining everything in an age appropriate we way! We couldn't be happier!
