★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried the food at Ginger Beef Express in Cranston for the last year. Out of the 3 times I had one meal that wasn’t horrible. The ginger beef has an outer covering that is doughy and dry. The chicken chow Mien that has an outer lubricating layer that make is slimy. The food is as expense as it is disappointing. Fool me thrice.......shame shame on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery drive I have ever met. They forgot to pack an order of dumplings for us. The delivery driver very rudely claimed that he definitely pack them and that we were lying about it to get free dumplings. Other staff were nice when i complained about him. Food is basic western Chinese so it's nothing special. Stay away if you want better service and better quality food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally we order from the Falconridge location. Have ordered from this location once before. This time we were so disappointed. There was no flavour to the Chicken Fried Rice. The Dry Garlic and Honey Garlic ribs were like hockey pucks. The Ginger Beef was chewy and tasteless. The Curry Beef had no beef. The Salt & Pepper Squid was tasty but rubbery. Overall a terrible meal for $127. I understand they were very busy but they should still not let the quality slip so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always order from here and tonight while eating the vegetable fried rice I found a rock/stone in my food I called the lady and she blamed it on where they get their frozen vegetables from! No apology nothing I am so grossed out right now. She offered a credit for next time but why would I ever order from here again?! I just can’t believe it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed an order at 450pm for delivery at 645pm. 730 rolled around and still nothing. We cancelled our order and ordered from elsewhere. At 805pm the driver showed up with our food and left after I said it was over an hour late. Never been so disappointed in this place. Usually great service and good food. This was disgusting. The chicken in the chow mein was like rubber. My husband found bones or some small stone in the chow mein as well. Disgusting. Won't order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just across the street from my house so it’s my to go place when I need Chinese food on a whim.
Staff members are always welcoming and friendly and very efficient. Service is always swift whether I am doing a pick up or when I have my food delivered.
My favourites are Ginger Beef - I always order mine with the sauce on the side. Crispy Cantonese Chow Mein and Salt and Pepper Pork Chops. I also order Satay Beef Shanghai Noodles, it’s not on the menu but somehow they will make it for me.
Highly recommended for sure!
