★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went there I had a pretty good experience, the second time I went today. The lady messed up my beard big time, shaved it down so short, I genuinely hate the way I look. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it, and it came out completely wrong. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror without getting upset. Worst hair cut experience I’ve ever had.
