★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service by the tech manager Murray. My wife bought a drone, at the time of purchase she made sure that if the package was unopened they would return it and they said yes. It was unopened and i went to return it the same day in few hours. The manager straight up refused to return it indirectly told me that i was lying about returns. Very rude behaviour by him. When my wife spoke to the employee on phone he agreed to return it, then I finally returned it. There is no point in dealing with someone with such rude behaviour. Never returning back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda at customer service was a huge help by finding Enfamil A+ for spit up at another location. Right now there’s a formula shortage and I’ve been searching everywhere for my little girl, I’m very grateful for her compassion and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, awful and unprofessional service. Went in regarding an iPhone 13 defective display issue (screen was yellow-tinted & less bright) and the apple technician here refused to acknowledge the issue stating that they couldn’t tell a difference.
I went to the Apple Store at Chinook Mall after and immediately several workers all agreed that my iPhone screen was definitely defective when compared with the factory models on display & they replaced the screen for FREE. (They also checked True Tone & Night Shift to make sure it wasn’t a software issue)
The Apple technician at London Drugs was also very jittery and made my entire family pretty uncomfortable. To add, In march of 2020 I went into this location with a MacBook Pro that had water damage and they told me that the device could not be repaired and that I would need to buy a new one - The very next day, MacMechanic by Douglas glen fixed the Macbook for less than $300 and its been working perfect ever since.
I highly recommend staying away from the Apple repairs unit at London Drugs. Very unprofessional service.

These guys are awesome at looking after every issue, migration, upgrade with both our Mac and PC computers and all our varied software. Don’t bother with DIY on the big stuff! Come see these guys for stress-free help of any nature.
