★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be frank, i have not had amazing experiences here. this is where i come for my hair dye about once a month , and i only leave 2 stars because while they do have the products i’m looking for the staff are very unhelpful and don’t take their job seriously. I would also like to mention how upsetting it was going in last month to see the worker had dreadlocks even though she was very clearly white. Every time you walk in the staff are chatting amongst themselves and do not even offer to help the customer, i would honestly suggest you seek business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have to go there for products I have a bad feeling, I guess probably the woman with transformation over her face and dreed hair is the manager… very rude and not helpful at all some other lady are faking to be nice and the feeling is that they don’t need and don’t care for customers. Honestly I wonder how the store makes money. They don’t even have products nor even trying/ caring to give good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite sallys to go to! I love dying my hair and experimenting with semi permanent dyes. The woman with the dreads is always on point with her tips and tricks. Her help has always kept my hair looking fabulous and healthy! I trust her recommendations and she's just an absolute joy to deal with. Even if I move out of the area I will always make the trip for this location.
