★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to purchase an HP ink cartridge at Staples, and once again the expiry date was less than 4 months on all compatible cartridges. My HP printer will not print with expired cartridges even if they aren't depleted. I learned this after I purchased 3 cartridges from this store that had less than 6 months before expiry. A waste money. If Staples can't check their products expiry dates they should not be in the office supply business. Lessons: Don't buy HP INKJET PRINTERS or CARTRIDGES and avoid STAPLES. It's like buying milk with a 1 day Best Before Date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the South Trail Crossing Staples for the second time in two days and both times, I wandered aimlessly in the aisles and not one Staples employee asked if I needed help finding anything.
I managed to find some of what I needed, but I will stop at a Source store for the rest. Hopefully they will be more interested in offering up customer service and more appreciative of me spending my money in their store.
I miss Grand and Toy!!!

The staff were too busy to help me. Didn't seem all that busy in the store, I was there waiting for over 30min. I asked a number of times for assistance and no person could be bothered to help me. I was going to spend a considerable amount to set up my home office. I guess Amazon gets my money now. I really tried to support the brick and mortar store and help provide jobs... oh well.
Won't be shocked when retail stores finally die off. Poor customer service results in less customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came first thing in the morning because I know that they get really busy around noon. The lady in the shipping services helped me with the printing that I need. Quick and easy in and out. Staff are nice and helpful though, you just need to ask :)
