★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Airpods for my son and they didn't work. A week later when I went to return them, the manager accused me of trying to return different Airpods that were purchased elsewhere. It was extremely embarrassing. When they finally realized I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, they grudgingly gave me a refund. Terrible experience.

There total lack of care and often out right contempt for there employees, coupled with there rampant greed and shady busness practices means this is a absolute last resort place, and i always feel worse about my self after being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walmart return policy states they return items without receipts, but this Walmart claims they can challenge you that the item could have been purchased over 90 days ago - which they have no idea, it’s just a way out of honouring the return policy. Terrible customer service and supervision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has everything I need and don’t need! I mostly order online and have them bring out my order, I find that I spend less money that way on the things I don’t need. ;)
I never have any issues with this and if they substitute something it’s always for something better.
There are certain items I don’t want substitutes for and I uncheck the box when ordering or if I forget then you can let them know when they bring your order out and they will remove it from your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager/Supervisor on Duty? was extremely helpful in finding an item that wasn't on the shelves. It was about 9pm and she was helping multiple people. Great customer service on her part. Thanks for helping me find my gift!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amount of options for souvenirs, lack of chocolate options (so weird) haircut scam inside (double charged my wife for her hairstyle), clean, staff does not speak English, DOES NOT ALLOW KIDS INSIDE. But good.
