I've been banking with this branch since I opened a bank account. They've supported me in all the different changes in my life where I needed financial advice and I will continue to see them for all of my banking needs. We see Emilie Trudel and she is thorough, professional, honest and trustworthy - unlike most banks, Emilie isn't just there to sell us something. She genuinely cares about us and our financial goals. I would highly recommend her! We have also used RBC for our Mortgage needs and Gaye Kiefer is the best in the business. She took care of us as if we were her own when we purchased our first home and we couldn't appreciate her help and guidance more. Highly recommend this branch!

Went into the bank on a Thursday afternoon to see an advisor regarding my mortgage, was told they refused in person appointments which I respect. The helpful gentleman at the front set me up for a video appointment for the following Monday with Emilie. Day of the appointment, I did not receive any video links or email to perhaps let me know it was cancelled or rescheduled, I sent an email requesting a link in case perhaps the issue was on my end. Ended up having to call the RBC line, wait for about 25 minutes to speak with different advisor, Olu, who was extremely kind and helpful. I find this very unprofessional as we are asked to set up an appointment just to have it not happen without explanation. This is my first time at this branch and I will not be returning.

Our family have been customers at the Royal Bank for over 30 years and have had the pleasure of dealing with Emilie Trudel, our Account Manager at this branch with regards to our banking needs in recent years. She is very thorough and explains things in a simplified manner to ensure we feel comfortable and not intimidated. She is quick to respond to our questions in a professional yet personable demeanor. She is very organized and punctual with our appointment times. Emilie instills confidence for us to make the best financial decisions for our family and will continue to depend on her in the future.

I wish to give negative stars as a worst bank ever specially at the management and system of work to meet your needs. Even-though the staff at low level are pleasant and hard working to meet your needs.RBC didn't keep the promise and very poor system(back door and head office) to deliver your needs but very good to manipulate and use you for their gain.Stay away from RBC

I do have to say this branch needs some help with a manger! All I can say there is better banks out there. They start with T or even C. just reading these reviews show how well this branch conducts business.

Don't waste your time with anyone in this or any other RBC branch. Take your business to a bank that treats you like a person, not a number. Terrible experiences over the last several weeks with Zivar in branch. Pannea in advising and with their "mortgage specialists" that give general info rather than taking the time to look at your file and give educated answers based on who I am as a client. So many fees, so little customer service.

RRSP season, I make my in person appointment in January, online. This branch does not & refuse to answer any phone. The night before my appointment, my financial advisor leaves me a message & email that he has cancelled my appointment, to call or email him what I needed. So I do so, we’ll before RBC closing time, left a message, wrote an email, no response, none even the next day. I made this appointment so far ahead because it was the only day I could do it. Arranged child care to keep with the branches out dated Covid restrictions. I requested a call from the Manager, nothing. The few good employees this branch has had, have left RBC all together. Absolute disgrace to their customers.
