He was able to respond quickly, went above and beyond with his inspection and had all the tools to assess any issues we had! Will definitely use him for the inspection of our new home, and refer to any friends in need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Troi with concerns about my new home and the builders version of "fixing" things. He was able to come in short notice, provided tons of information and evidence as well as solutions.
I went from concerned about what was going on to feeling well informed and confident in what to do.
I wish we had used his services when we first bought our home, will definitely be using him on our next home. Save yourself headaches and concern, have him look at your aged home, new home, renovation projects, any and everything to do with your house.

He was personable and explained what he was looking at and why it was important. He gave us the piece of mind we needing purchasing an older home. As the biggest purchase of our life it was comforting to know the status of all the systems in the home were functioning properly and we should not see any unforeseen costs in the near future. We required a report that focused on contractor work deficiencies. Not your typical inspection report for a home sale. They turn around on the appointment time and the report was very quick, and Troi took the time to understand what the need was and how he could help. Pegasus will be our first call anytime we need a home inspection in the future.
