There only job is to literally do the required paper work for the office and be friendly and courteous. The friendly and the courteous part seems to be a challenge for them. I have not received a satisfying visit here in many years and was recently told to find a different doctors office because of two missed appointments 10 years prior, that’s right....10. Absurd. Seriously consider going elsewhere as they don’t care about their patients.

In short, I’ve always found reception to be courteous and accommodating. Regarding Dr. Leonard, he too always has a professional manner and is quick in his approach to healing – meaning, he seems to get to the root of the problem quickly and consequently, I seem to heal and or recover quickly. Additionally, he is courteous and quick when dealing with my long standing specialist. To anyone seeking a GP; I recommend Dr. Leonard highly.
T	Tracey B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After almost 30 years of being a patient of Dr Susan Kinnie’s I had to move out of province for medical reasons a year ago and unfortunately because of covid restrictions and some other obstacles I have been unable to find a family Dr. On 3 occasions over the past year I have had to call her office to get referrals for specialist appointments in Nova Scotia I am told by Nova Scotia health that it is NOT an issue with payment and that Dr Kinnie has my Nova Scotia health care # and she does get paid for my “ phone call “ appointments. BUT…. For whatever reason she has decided that she doesn’t want to help me anymore which I dont understand and after my phone call with Robin today I am beyond upset , I simply needed a referral for mental health and was told that I should go to emergency ??‍♀️ This is why there are people in emergency that don’t need to be there I would have thought after 30 years that my mental health and well being would be more important well I guess I was wrong ! Unfortunately she cares more about money than she does her patient that was under her care for close to 30 years My advice find a different Dr !

She will prescribe a healthy lifestyle before throwing medication at a problem, and will go above and beyond to help in difficult circumstances; I was stuck in the US due to COVID restrictions and ran out of a critical medication. She took a last minute call and helped me navigate the situation and get what I needed. Highly recommend.
