★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ghobrial has been my family physician since 2012. He is very thorough and has assisted me in maintaining good health, even while living with Type 1 Diabetes and a kidney transplant caused by 27 years of being diabetic.
The low ratings seem to come from people that expect a doctor to diagnose immediately. I can say with 100% certainty and experience that Dr. Ghobrial will explore every avenue and refer to specialists whenever needed, which takes time. He does not pill-push nor come to frivolous diagnoses to get people out the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the doctor who refused to look at my mom's throat or strep test her because "it's covid and he's seen a thousand cases like this". After suffering for another week she went somewhere else and remarkably it was strep throat! Not everything is covid. I'm so glad at least you got paid for the appointment right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, clerical staff had attitudes i.e. thought it was beneath them to transmit prescription to pharmacy.
Just got a cold-call from them 'reminding me' about my appt for a physical....which was never booked! Indicated that I had only been a walk-in and that I have a Family doctor....they back-peddled and told it 'it's okay to return to your own doctor for that'. Seems unethical...wonder if College of Surgeons would be interested in knowing that they are fishing other doctors patients...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercedes Fox review is not acceptable.I was in the clinic when she was arguing with the Dr.Ghobrial , she doesn’t want to wear a mask. All patients inside the clinic were very uncomfortable of her nagging behaviour! This lady is very unprofessional and no decency .
Dr.Ghobrial is my family doctor for 10 years. And the receptionist is awesome what can i say! This clinic is great, though we can’t pleased everyone !

Dr. Ghobrial is an outstanding professional, compassionate and thorough; always doing his utmost to get to the bottom of issues, including making referrals to specialists when deemed appropriate. He stays on top of current medical research and medications and also takes genuine interest in how I am doing overall - and so treats the whole person.
