★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today at 5:25pm. Was told they close at 6:00. Still had 35 min until closing and was turned away. Told them the website said they close at 7pm and was told to recheck the website. Sign on door also said closes at 7:00. Poor service if they can’t operate during their posted hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My regular family physician wasn't available today, so I called this clinic if they would accept me for a walk-in. The whole process was a very positive experience. Mrunaly and Melissa were very helpful and kind at the front desk, and Dr. Osundu and her student doctor had very professional bedside manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not feeling really well and stopped as a walk in patient. They took me in and the office staff were great and patient. Great service was provided by the doctor. I will gladly return to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Osondu is the best doctor I've ever had and I have been through many doctors trying to find one who is as understanding, professional, kind, and knowledgable as she is. I am very grateful to be a patient at this clinic and even if I were to move within the city I would still go here. The receptionist's are lovely; very kind and funny as well. Dr. Osondu herself is absolutely wonderful; she is very thorough and genuinely cares about me and my physical/mental health. I have also seen Dr. Matthew for a minor surgical procedure and he is amazing as well, he is great at his job and did a wonderful job with my surgery. Can't recommend this clinic enough to anyone whether you want to walk in or find a family doctor. Thank you to the whole team for everything that you do!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5 star review is dedicated to an awesome doctor with excellent customer service to compliment his skill.
Took my newborn to Dr. Matthew for his circumcision... Boy did Dr. Matthew do a great job!
He even took a look at baby to observe his health in general. The nurse who assisted and the ladies at the desk were great too.
We had two follow up visits with Dr. Matthew and and he gave answers to all our questions and gave us health advise as well. Friendly and awesome.
There is also ample parking available and a gas station sits conveniently beside the clinic. There is a pharmacy within the clinic too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one ever wants to go to dr but when you need to having amazing service in a time of stress is always appreciated. Everyone in the office is amazing and for the first time in years I have been getting results. Mrunaly is always so helpful with booking appts and making sure I can get in when needed. Dr Osondu has a wonderful personality, listens, and explains things in a way I understand and make sure I follow through with treatment. Best clinic ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short version: Try everywhere else first.
As with other reviews, there were some issues with advertised hours and services vs. reality (according to the receptionist).
As far as walk-ins are concerned they basically said they don't take patients if they don't want to and I was directed elsewhere almost immediately. (As before I could ask questions the receptionist continued to talk over me whenever I attempted to speak). So I would go here as a last resort, or else you could theoretically be waiting a long time only to be sent away.
(I had first listed them at 2 stars but given they are a medical facility, it seems more integral that they at least meet their duty of care. On top of merely poor business practise, "If they feel like it" & "If they want to" doesn't sound like upholding their oath as Doctors. If that's wrong their representative is harming their reputation substantially.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured myself at work today and came in as a walk in patient, the office staff was fantastic and rushed me right in. They even helped me to fill out the WCB forms as my injury would hamper my ability to write. The Dr wasted no time assessing my injuries and promptly but stitches in my fingers. The care they showed was fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone. My employer was shocked when I returned after only one hour. 5 stars from this happy patient!!
