We have lived in Douglasdale for over 15 years and have never been so poorly treated as a customer anywhere else. My husband dropped in one night and bought a six-pack of beer and a "rose" bottle of wine for me. Later on that night, before opening the wine I thought the color looked a bit odd. We thought, what the heck, lets open it and check it out. UGH!!! Totally off...we took it back the next day for an exchange, didn't even ask for a refund, and we were refused. The woman (owner?) at the cash was beyond rude. I agree with previous poster, absolutely take the extra couple of minutes and go across to Crowfoot Liquor, they are always super helpful and nice. Awesome customer service compared to this sad excuse of a store. Don't go here and waste your money.....
