★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the staff are friendly, they spend too much time talking and not enough time assisting patients. The office is not very clean, and the wait times are long. If you need to see someone right away then this place will get the job done, but otherwise, there are way better clinics in the south.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new Alberta-Calgary resident I needed to obtain a medicinal exam to renew my driver’s license and called a few clinics and as luck would have it, Health Watch Medical Clinic would accept me. I am extremely nervous around medical clinics, more importantly doctors due circumstance in my past.
I met the receptionist Rola and provided the required info that would offer a gateway to see the Doctor. Rola also rendered the preliminary service to the medical exam-she was patient, outstanding with a compassionate & empathic personality. Rola sensed my apprehensions and allayed my concerns.
After concluding the preliminary service, I met Dr. Robert Dikeukwu. He was most understanding, patient and shared some private moments. I departed from the clinic with a sigh of relief. Should I require medical advice/services, Rola & Dr. R. Dikeukwu will be the medical staff I will go to should they have availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Dr. Flora Aladi would not listen to me when I was having serious medical problems, would not advocate for me, prescribed me an inappropriate and expensive medication when I actually needed surgery, this clinic will charge you money for everything they possibly can, they delayed my referral to a specialist for 3 months even though I was having extreme pain and I ended up in the emergency room. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked Dr. Florencio at this clinic but then they switched me to Doctor Aladi. I find the other doctors to be short, giving little information and contradictory results to each other. They will not switch me back to the Doctor that I did like here, so I will not be back. Highly recommend finding somewhere else. I am not confident in the care I've been receiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Aladi has been assisting my Husband with his Chronic medical issues since she was deciding on whether to continue as a Dr., many years ago at our neighborhood clinic. My husband encouraged her to continue, he liked her maner, and honesty, and until this day, Dr Aladi continues to be his Dr. She has never let us down and continues to grow in her profession. She is much appreciated by all our family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! My nephew did a PCR at the clinic on January 7 2022 and they told us Today January 20 2022 that he’s covid positive after he has spread the virus to his grandparents!! They said they will only call if he’s positive and they didn’t. Accordingly he went to school while he was positive. Also, My sister was symptomatic and the doctor asked her to change the pillow!!! Seriously no comment! Huge disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not like my experience with Dr. Aladi. I've had excruciating stomach pain on and off for over a year now. I have been told several times "I don't know what to tell you" and "everything is normal so you're okay" even though I'm still in pain. I felt Dr. Aladi never listened to what I had to say and I felt I had to be the one to suggest the next steps. I would get ultrasounds and she would never look them over until I booked an appointment months later for her to look at them while I am there. Looking for a new family doc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made appointments at this clinic and then I had to cancel due to a family emergency. There was no answering machine to leave a message on the Sunday night. On Monday the day of my appointment I called as soon as the clinic was open. I was put on hold for 20 min so I'm pretty sure the receptionist forgot about me. That is completely unacceptable. I hung up and tried to call back but couldn't get through. I would not recommend this clinic if that's how they treat their patients.
