Staff are very rude and don't know what they are doing. I went in with a friend the other day to get gas and when I pre paid at the pump the lady inside shut the pump off saying I have to be 18. So what she is trying to say is you can get your license at 16 but can't gas up till 18?? Never have ran into a problem anywhere else and will not be going back there as they clearly don't know how to operate.

I have been here a few times, and this shell is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. To the point I live in same community but I will be taking my business and friends and families else where. The car wash is always broken, and if it is working my code isn't. Ive been given new codes which turn out to be used and they refuse to print a new one. They have been nothing but rude, and this is no way to run a business.

The manager here is completely rude and does not care about her customers. I went to gey fuel and decided to try their new Costa coffee. I got a regular mocha and the cup is literally half full. I was charged $3.85 when I told the women (who said she was manager) I was not paid 4 dollars for a half full cup she said, "well it's online and if you don't I will have to pay for it." I refused to pay and she refused to remove it. So she forced me to pay for a half full cup of syrup when their dumb coffee machine is obviously broken. What awful customer service. I will NOT return to this shell and I will tell my friends about this horrible experience.

My complaint is the price gauging that occurs during peak hours, the owner up the price by 10cents/L or more than other gas station in the neighbourhood. Way to rip off your neighbourhood Shell owners, it’s gross. I will refuse to support this business until this practice ends. It sucks because this Shell is in such a convenient location to my home.

Good gas prices but carwash is hit and miss. They seem to be updating it regularly but sometimes it just doesn't wash properly. If you have issues, just go inside and they should be able to help you out. They also have the best coffee now with the addition of Costa Coffee Express, a popular chain from the UK. Coffee is way better than Starbucks, Tim's or anything else around. Prices are also great.

The women who work here are extremely rude, one younger girl in particular is so bad i now go out of my way to visit other gas stations even though I live down the street from this one. The staff (the one female in particular) should recognize that there are many other choices for gas stations in the area and they should correct how they treat and speak to their customers if they want to continue serving any.

My wife and I usually use the car wash; today at the middle of washing, it stopped working with doors shut. I thought it may be fixed soon and you don't wanna leave the car in case it starts working. Saw the lady, outside the door, thought was working to fix it. Finally she got inside anxiously telling me that I should have googled the number and called as there is a line up and she is by herself! Asked me to leave, get a new voucher and stay in line again. I didn't think that I needed to be blamed for their machine malfunction, refused and left. I never go back there again, it doesn't feel safe and I don't want to get blame instead of an apology.

I was at this location 3 weeks ago this Thursday, I used my Shell app to pay for my gas. Everything seemed to go through. I went to get my gas and for some reason it didn’t go through to the pump. I then went inside to see the issue and was told that they can’t see my transaction. I was instructed to pay for my gas again and the original $40 would be back in my account within 24 hours, I was told if it wasn’t back in my account to come back and they would reimburse me. I then went ahead and did what I was instructed. I gave it 48 hours and still hadn’t been reimbursed so I then went back in and was told that because it was sat they couldn’t do anything and I would have to come back on Monday, I then left again without my refund. I went back in at 3:30 on Monday and again explained the situation to the gentleman at the counter. He called his manager and was instructed to give me a 1-800 number to get my money back or to come back in another day when the manager would be in. I have now contacted the 1-800 number and was told the money would be back in my account within 3 business days at the most. It has now been one week and needless to say I do not have my money back. This is so frustrating, especially when dealing with a big company like Shell. Very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received and will mo longer be getting gas from this location.
