I would give this place a 0 if it was an option. The customer service and professionalism is far under par on its best day. The location is on one of the busiest outlet malls the city has so you're stuck in traffic as well. I was trying to open up a business account with then and it was a complete nightmare. I typically bank with b.m.o. and i have never had a single issue. Let me share my experience. I live in airdrie so 130 is a 50 minute drive, i spoke with kevin lang who called my partner the following day and told us that i needed to be put down as a director in order for the business account to go through. We went to registry and then back to the bank. Next day kevin calls my partner and says i need to be put as a shareholder. We complain, speak to the manager shirley, and the manager brandon, and then they made another appointment and said it wont happen again. We arrive at our appointment the following week and they said we never had one, then a teller talks to brandon and he said he left a "VOICEMAIL" stating he cant see us. No verbal agreement but they cancelled our appointment and we find out after i drive through rush hr traffic. I spent 5 hrs driving to and from the bank. Not to mention countless trips to the registry, and close to 60 dollars in gas with 0 success. And i never even received an apology. Im sorry but i didnt know a business professional representing the bank, and two managers representing the bank couldnt even manage an existing customer and a new customer with a tiny account. Pretty sure they couldnt run a mcdonalds if they tried. Ive been to mcdonalds and they havent messed up my order this much in the 30 yrs i have been alive. Some people need to learn the value in their customers time and business. Pretty sure brandon didnt see us because it was a 6p.m. on a friday night and he probably made plans the day before..... Thats just my guess but its pretty sad to be dealt like this as a new customer trying to start a business account. The funny thing about this whole episode is my friend is a td customer for personal banking and he switched to 130th because of the mistakes they made at his previous branch, when he brought it up to shirley, she said "dont worry, we have a lot of experience at this branch and it shouldnt happen here." What a joke

Not helpful at all. When my debit card was locked, they told me to call a number and was put on hold for 50 minutes. I don't understand why we can't just walk into a bank, in person, and fix our problems. I had identification and my bank statements to prove who I was. Why do I have to wait for 50 minutes just to be interrogated by some random jerk on the phone? The people who work for TD have no idea how to treat their customers. Will definitely be switching banks after this horrendous experience.

Happy with the service I received at the branch, despite being unimpressed overall with TD's banking policies. Despite documentation from my university stating I am a full-time student in good standing, every four months I am required to provide a letter to continue this account. If not, it switches automatically to a different account with monthly fees. I was in the branch again today to have this returned to a student account. The teller helped me fix this (again). In terms of COVID-19 protection, sneeze guards could have used a cleaning. I was there around 10:30am and it was visibly dirty. Interact machine was wiped down between clients.

Made me think someone took credit out under my name. Turns out they were just trying to spam call me for upsells. Not appreciated, and completely scumy. Avoid this bank. Use another one. I only use the westhills location so I have no clue why Shiba called me from here.

We wanted to close our account as they were completely useless. We had to pay $112 to close the account, at which point they said they could not accept debit for the payment and that we would have to take out cash, at which point their ATM charged us $5 for the transaction. GTFO!!! My overall experience with TD has been brutal.

The bank and company itself is well managed but I personally to do not feel or believe this TD meets or exceeds the standards set in place by TD Bank. They could use training on how to better communicate. I would say the staff is so rude one casher name Harneet was one of the worst casher i see in any bank

kristy godin td mckenzie calgary Is a complete incompetent β€œbanker”. Do everything you can to avoid booking an appointment with her. She couldn’t figure out anything and she’s a β€œmortgage specialist”. We are still at step 1 after waiting a week for the appointment and over an hour with zero results. She needs to be humbled and put back on the teller line where she belongs and even that employment opportunity would be to complicated for her.
