★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to Lola to get my lashes done. The décor, music and girls who work there make the atmosphere fun and inviting. They also have really cute knickknacks you can buy up at the front. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Sara for a couple of years now and she is by far the BEST girl that they have! I love coming to see her because we always have so much fun laughing and chatting about literally anything – the conversation just flows with her. She’s very gentle when she’s working and I always leave with the most fluffy and gorgeous lashes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a lash technician.

When I stumbled Lola lash bar the receptionist Kristen was more than helpful when I called to book my appointment, she answered all the questions I had as well as their COVID procedures not to mention how welcoming and kind she was when I arrived. Berkley who did my eyebrows was outstanding. Her service is incredible. She takes her time to ensure they are just the way you like them as well as remembers how your skin reacts to the wax. I will definitely continue to come for a long time. If you need your eyebrows done you need to see Berkley!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wishing there was a zero star option. I went in and got my lashes done which took a very long time. Then 2 days following my appointment my lashes starting to fall out - a lot. I called them and the girl told me the tech was new and used the wrong glue and was out of practice. This is completely unacceptable, they should train their techs more. I went in for a "fix" by the same tech, and my lashes completely fell out the next day. After hours of expressing my disappointment and speaking to 3 people, they finally offered a refund. They told me I had to go into the salon for a refund. So I wasted more of my time to go in and they couldn't do a refund because of their "system". This experience was beyond horrible and the service was repulsive. I would NEVER go back and would not recommend you to go unless you want to waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Berkeley for almost two years now to have my lashes lifted. She always does an amazing job- I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes!! The salon is always clean, bright and and is an enjoyable place to relax for an hour! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!!

I’ve only been to here a few times, but the staff has made me feel so welcome and Berkley is AMAZING. She went through lash options with me (curl, length etc.) to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I'm always happy when I leave and I get compliments regularly. Very happy with the customer service and durability of the lashes. Lola Lash Bar is my new go to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Bailey for a new set and she did a great job. She pretty much copied an example photo I brought for her and made sure to ask if it's exactly how I wanted them or if we should switch it up next time once they were done. The lashed held up really well, too. Other salons I've been to, I looked like a rat a week after getting the set. These held up for 3 weeks before looking like they even needed a fill. I already booked my next appointment!
