E	Erin Fidler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our instructor, Stacy was fantastic. I have take a lot of courses at many different locations but this was the first aid course I actually enjoyed. She used a variety of activities and games instead of lecturing and had a lot of personality and personal stories applying the knowledge. If you need to take a first aid course, I highly recommend this location.

B	Bishwa Pati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was extremely frustrating. The Manager was very rude. I had enrolled one of my employees for the First Aid course. The enrollment information he got did not specify which location he had to go to. He ended up going to the wrong location and was told that he was late. He was there on time at the wrong location. But, he was waiting for the institute to open. He was told that he would have to re-register and pay the fees again. I ended up calling the reception and got a hearing down from one of the managers about what time he showed and why was he late. She was totally unprofessional and kept asking to re-register with full fees. Even all airlines reschedule you if you miss the flight. She is never getting my business ever again. I am surprised with this level of customer service, they are even in business. Total Money Grab!! This company is supposed to be working as partner with Red Cross? I booked because of this association. But, they would not even listen to their partners at Red Cross to reschedule. Such a Scam!

I liked how the class was task based with a lot of activities and games that didn’t make the class boring. She had a great sense of humor, maintained a lot of eye contact and very approachable for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Angel for first aid training! Thank you Angel.

She taught with so much humour that learning was easy. Even the practical parts she was able to infuse fun into; there was never a moment of boredom. Thank you Diana, I wish there were more instructors like you.
T	Tisay RN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here to get my BLS recert for many years now. It is just unfortunate that with COVID my classes had been resched 3x. But I was able to squeeze in the new class with my work sched which worked out fine. I also had a minor hiccup with the validity date of my BLS challenge course which ended in a refund which they processed ASAP. With all the rescheduling I was finally able to get my recert with Angel as the instructor. Not only did she have much gusto with the fast paced class, she was also able to provide feedback with our skills. I do not regret ever signing up for this company for my recert, even with the multiple rescheduling. I have never dealt with a non professional person whenever I give them a call. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the instructor have been so accommodating to me.
