L	Luis Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $20 to reload a Starbucks card and they didn’t reload it. A week later I went to get it fixed and they said I had to call a 1800 customer service to get the money back. It was exactly the same crew that charged my credit card. I couldn’t get my money back. I wasted a lot of time with this and they told me to go back on Monday when the manager is on shift. Do I have to say more?
e	emily Gaudet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally have a pretty good experience at this location but the last few times I’ve went I’ve ordered the toasted vanilla iced coffee thing and it tasted completely different than how it normally does as if like they didn’t add some stuff to it , so sadly I had to throw out my coffee so sad $6 down the drain more then once

I felt very bad for her not to mention a very impatient upset customer kept giving her the eye. My machiatto was delicious exactly how I ordered it.
G	Genn Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in an empty store, with no line up, for long enough to watch an employee saunter around aimlessly, avoiding eye contact or even a greeting. Took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and take my order, rude. Customers first ladies, golden lesson in retail that they went out of their way to ignore. I'm happy this isn't my local store.

I haven't experienced them being out of any menu items since I've become a regular (always a bummer when your craving is sold out). They haven't ever gotten my order wrong and when I forget to specify something in my order and remember while they're making my order (I blame pregnancy brain) they don't mind adjusting it on the fly. I find a lot of interesting drink combinations to try on Instagram and they're always kind about me fumbling my order at the till and always make it exactly how I order. I've also done a couple of mobile orders and they're always done before the estimated time and made to order. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked when I need to use them. The seating area is always clean, too. Anytime I've visited the garbages have always been emptied (not full or overflowing) appropriately.

There's a good selection of pastries and sandwiches displayed nicely in display case. On a previous visit they gave us 1 Caramel Machiatto in wrong size but replaced it when we told them. Seating is more than enough. Parking is amazing, especially for a senior who needs close spots. I recommend this location.
J	Jim Jimm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place! Everyone there tries to make the place clean and well up it’s standards. I love the fact that if your drink is wrong they can make a new one or maybe even give you a Starbucks credit. Such lovely people. The food is fresh and you can really taste the quality that you pay for. I always remember that everyone should be treated with respect when I enter that Starbucks, which means that I treat the employees there with patience and understanding when some products might not be available or my drink is taking a few more minutes then usual when there’s a rush. Basically they are just doing their job. So remember that when you come in :)
