Roots Reusable Face Mask
This mask is a washable and reusable non- medical mask, meant as an additional measure you can take to protect others around you, without needing to use medical masks that should be reserved for frontline workers. The mask also has a slip pocket that can be fitted with a piece of filter material, including any kind of HEPA filter, which may improve effectiveness. Face masks can become contaminated on the outside, or when touched by your hands. If the mask becomes damp or soiled, wash the mask in a laundry bag, using a hot water wash. Please also wash before first use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a pair of Pajama pants for Christmas that were way too small, and my dad has lost the receipt. The tag is still on the pants and they won’t let me exchange them at all since I don’t have the receipt. It is clear that they have never been worn as the tag is still attached. My dad may as well have just thrown $50 in the garbage. What a ridiculous policy, I could see if the tag is off the pants but it’s not. I’ve never heard of a store having this policy before. Definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just popped in to browse, the store was completely empty, and the employees immediately rushed over to tell me to pull my mask up higher. It was already covering my nose and mouth but I guess they want it to be around eye level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told if I signed up for their email id receive $10 off when I spent $50. So I spent $80 thinking I'd receive the $10 off but I didn't.
When I asked their customer service about this I was told that one of the items I was purchasing was a sale item and so I couldn't use the promotion. This was not explained prior or written anywhere. Im reluctant to shop anywhere where they will not honor their advertising and or correct their mistakes. Very misleading, all just to get me to sign up so they can spam me daily with emails. Im extremely disappointed.
