★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look at my name and ur database on who gave me a hair cut last time. This lady did not feel comfortable to say my name. And her words were " this may be your name". Then a pathetic haircut. She does not clean the scissors or the clipper. We are living in the worst of the times from a health perspective and such negligence by a standard company? I wish I could give a zero for her service. Not coming back here again.

I had to follow her. Thank you Michelle! For so many years cutting my hair and chatting with me. The salon itself is Walden is clean and I can always get a haircut within a few minutes. Great location. The GC app is great for booking online booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so I’ve used this place maybe 3 times. The first two times I had no problems. The third time I had an older blonde lady, and she cut my bangs SUPER short, when I asked for them below my eyebrow. I also came in with side bangs and she cut them straight across, which I hate lol. I let her know they were too short so she tried to fix them by bringing more bangs forward and covering the original ones up. I can’t really say it helped, but I can say I’m super embarrassed haha. I am a little upset but mistakes happen, and hair grows back. But I am getting married this year and have my engagement photos in a couple months so I’m kind of worried about that. Now I’m stuck with bangs that only cover half my forehead. She of course didn’t charge me for the cut, but yeah I will not be wearing my bangs down for a long time, I feel like the “dumb & dumber” :(
Edit to add: I also just realized she cut the length of my hair straight across when I asked for a V shape lol. How lovely.
