I go there a couple times per week and I always greet whoever's serving me with a pleasant "Good Morning"... blank expressions, always, nothing but blank stares. I'll say "Good Morning" a 2nd time and I may get a returned greeting. Pretty funny how times have changed. I'll still go there so I'll have to take the hit for being too pleasant.
J	Joseph Firetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and wanted to order breakfast sandwich, asked the gentleman of he could make sure sandwich was properly toasted as last time I went in the english muffin was only warm. The guy who was serving me said they always toast it so I asked for it to be double toasted he said if I don't like the food I can go elsewhere. I asked to speak to manager and he said he was supervisor and than he said I can leave and he refused to serve me. I hope people review this and go elsewhere because the way I was treated was unacceptable.

It's actually more expensive to order half a dozen regular donuts (5.99) than to order 6 regular donuts one by one(5.94) . They are lazy and never have anything in stock and shut down all hot food service an hour before closing.
J	Jerry Anstead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No greeting, order wrong, Sausage bagel belt and forgot the lettuce and tomato. Also asked for a cinnamon bun that wasn’t stale. They were busy with many Skip orders and maybe burnt out already… but it’s not the first time.
C	Chuck Shields on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily the slowest Tim Hortons in the city. They are seriously under staffed, especially in the mornings. It shouldn't take 15 min or more to get a coffee. The staff focuses on mobile and skip orders while ignoring the people standing in front of them.
R	Ryan K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been to. I have never seen more than 2 employees working at one time. If you want anything in less than 20 minutes go to the Tim’s in the Esso in Walden where it’s 1/3 the size and has 5 people working. Hopefully decent management that’s not too cheap to run it properly takes over this one soon.
