Negative experiences on two separate occasions. Had to go in multiple times and faced large delays due to mistakes done by staff.

Initially the manager on duty, Chris and I had a bit of a disagreement (very polite) about a policy and she was very reasonable and came to a very amicable solution. Thank you for the good service.

The people at the front desk don't know their banking stuff, I had to come in 3x and call 2 times to sort out my credit cards that should have been fairly easy for them. Thinking of leaving TD for RBC

terrible experience; the guy they call "the most experienced" screwed up my application with Waterhouse. and they can't help me and resubmit with someone more knowledgeable. have to go to another branch for now. and thinking to even switch to another bank.

I had booked a financial advisor meeting to talk about my RRSP/TFSA contributions and some other small changes. The meeting went over an hour because Mo helped me with all the questions and requests I had right there on the spot. This is the best TD advice I have ever received in a long time compared to other branches. I would recommend !

My mortgage experience at this branch was the worst. We delt with Jingwei Cai, it got so bad that the branch manager had to step in due to him not doing anything for a week on the application. We went in to our booked appointment and we said what we wanted to do so if he felt unable to help then he should have asked for assistance at this point I feel like I understand that everyone starts somewhere but there has to be a limit when someone is by them selves. We brought a assortment of paper work stuff that we thought we would need such as investments and T4’s and I was told he didn’t need any of it instead he focused on paper work that we didn’t have but would be easily brought up in the TD computer system, we also had to go home and get a few odds and ends. That’s ok but when we left the appointment we didn’t feel confident that he knew what he was doing and sure enough when the branch manager phoned and said that she had taken over we knew at that point that he was not able to help. When the manager asked for paper work that was missing such as investments and T4’s you could hear the displeasure when we said we had that paper work in the meeting. In the end we ended up dealing with someone else who was with TD who was very helpful and I would go to again with no hesitation My other experiences at this branch are staff who knew my by name when I would come in once a month maybe and knew stuff that I said with out looking simply off memory from a month ago, in that respect I am impressed. But when it comes to any true baking experience outside of day to day my dismal mortgage experience will be hard to forget.

I had the worst experience at this branch. My husband lost his credit card and after unsuccessfully trying to reach the TD Visa several times, he decided to go this branch to request a replacement card. However, the person helping him at this branch proceeded to cancel my credit card, without my authorization. I wasn't there with him and she didn't even bother calling me and proceeded to cancel my card. This raises a ton of issues in terms of privacy and women's rights issues. In this day and age is TD the type of bank that allows any man to walk into a bank and cancel his partners card potentially leaving her unable to use money. When I issues a complaint more than a month ago, I still have not been contacted by TD Visa. I was contacted by someone from this branch who failed to take responsibility and provide a solution other than rushing the replacement cards. The issue is bigger than rushing replacement card. What sort of internal investigation is done? How should I be compensated for having to deal with arranging all the pre-authorized payments and the hassle of not having a card. I should point out that we have been TD customer for number of years and use TD Checking, Saving, Financial, and TD Visa services. Worst banking service ever and the tellers are not trained appropriately.
