B	Bhupinder Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get trapped by those Sales agents wandering around in the store who actually have zero knowledge about the product (Mastercard), they're selling. I had the worst experience dealing with FATIMA the PC agent working on site. She promised me a Mastercard which PC Financial do not even offer anymore for which I was eligible. I got a very bad deal and they gave me a standard Mastercard which I did not need as I had a better card before. When I went to ask them about this concern, they started playing games of different companies involved (Loblaws, PC Mastercard, PC Financial etc.) Asked me to call PC Mastercard company. They told me to contact the agent on site as there's nothing they can do. Zero accountability of the service. No manager on site to even talk to. I was expecting a call back from the Manager and no response as expected. Dumb people working in a financial institution with no supervisor to correct them. Take my advice, don't waste you time on site rather do it online.

They charge NSF fees for no reason, when I have more than enough money in my account, and when I speak to someone over the phone about it, they don't speak English and don't want to help. It's a free bank, and you get what you pay for...
B	Ben Hinckley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where all these good reviews come from... I recently opened a no fees account. The lady told me I would earn interest on the money I had in the account. So after a couple of months.. no interest added to my account. I've been into the pavilion inside superstore many times, but every time there is only one agent who is busy with someone for atleast 10 minutes. After Ive waited 20 minutes I just leave. Currently I'm sitting here waiting to close this account and switch back to my old bank.. ive been waiting for 20 minutes and still nothing. If you want a no fees account i recommend first Calgary Financial. They have an excellent 24/7 customer support line and many branches with a lot of tellers to assist you.

He is very kind and honest and he helped me tremendously. He really cares for his customers. I highly recommend this bank especially the service provided at this location

Every time I spoke to them they blamed me for telling lies. Over three years they refused to check out the fraudulent work that amounted to over $5,000.00. They never lifted a finger to assist me in getting my money back. I worked very hard at lowering my debt but that never happened. Now I realize that the additions to my Credit Limit were changed when one fraudster/staff member raised my Credit Limit. and the nightmare goes on and on.
