★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my 1996 Lask home in 2003. Shortly after we finished the basement. Immediately we found the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Brought in a plumber to find that the drain line was installed in such a way that it angled up going away from the toilet. I called and asked that it be dealt with and they shrugged it off and said it’s out of warranty. I had to take up the carpet, smash the heated tile floor, cement going through the hallway and into the bar area, re-run the line and finish it all again at my own expense because of one of their mistakes.
