★ ★ ★ ★ ★ by far the worst experience I have had at a bank. They said they no longer have cash at that branch other then the ATM machine??? Then they told me they no longer certify cheques - I would have to go my clients actual branch which is an hour away ???? The manger seemed to blame me for not being able to cash their clients cheque at my bank???? (I eventually just deposited the cheque and thankfully my bank graciously decided not to put a hold on the cheque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough branch in person, but Mariana Lenha, the branch Financial Adviser, was very dismissive in her treatment the moment she found out I was not an ideal customer (not able to invest immediately). I found this self-centered treatment unprofessional and can not recommend her to anyone looking for an understanding, patient adviser that has our best interests in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood around for 15 minutes and was not acknowledged at all. It was around 4pm on a Friday so it wouldn't have been anyone's lunchtime. Their competitors with the same branch format seem to be more successful with this as they always have someone at the front.
