★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From beginning to end, (including my actual vaccination!) my entire process was smooth. My travel nurse was super informative, detailed, and patient. She thoroughly explained everything and was very gentle. I felt very confident in my trip and being protected during my travel. I would absolutely recommend this Pharmacy & Travel Clinic, Walden branch. I also visited their Douglasglen branch. Compare to other travel clinic their consultation fee, injection fee and direct billings from my insurance. Earlier, I visited one downtown Passport Health Clinic, there fee is three times higher than this one and they did not accept my insurance. Calgary travel clinic-Walden is the best in the city and I highly recommend to everyone and certainly return!

With their personalized approach, I am able to call and email my prescription order and get a response within minutes. They offer free delivery and can accommodate same day service. They can compound unique prescriptions that cannot be filled in mainstream pharmacies. Earlier I did travel vaccines and satisfied. The owner of this small independent pharmacy is very caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all. Make an appointment for my 3rd vaccine. 10:30. In the a.m. get a call at 10:26. Saying they ran out. Do you not check how much you need. And if you run out let people know with some notice. Not 4 minutes before the appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel specialist pharmacist helped me a lot. Best suggestions and saved money through direct billing from insurance company. I have been using other locations of this company as well they are comparatively less expensive (almost half compare to Shoppers, Passport Health Clinic) in terms of consultations and injections fees. I strongly recommend to visit this clinic.

I had booked a COVID booster shot (had to book 1 month in advance for this appt) and was told when I got there "so we already ran out of vaccines and we didn't get a chance to call anyone to let them know" When asked what would happen with my appt now he said "it's just cancelled" when I stated I had to make an appt far in advance and why won't I automatically be rebooked he replied "just call us, we don't even know when we're getting more COVID vaccine in" There was no apology for not even notifying me of the cancelled appointment, just a lot of shoulder shrugs and a "better luck next time" attitude

They couldn’t even be professional or courteous enough to notify or cancel prior to the appointment. Even received reminder texts up until the time of appointment. The staff were not understanding, kind or even remotely empathetic. No apology was offered. Extremely disappointed
