★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked a young guy with a "in training" name tag when I could expect a new arrival of ski helmets. I thought he'd tell me that I'd have to go to customer service. Instead he grabs his phone, scans the barcode and tells me they'll be in on Thursday. I was so impressed that their staff actually understand customer service!! I then had great service from a young woman at the cash register who saw me in line, opened up a till and served me right away. You have my business with great service and fantastic prices!! Well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unique concept for an outdoor goods store. I bought a backpack, swimtrunks and flip-flops for just 27 dollars!
Tons of products ranging from regular exercise wear to niche stuff like horseback riding all for super reasonable prices. Staff were all super nice and the pickup system us so much easier than trying to dig through sizes! I will totally be back more during the summer.

But as I am 5'10 tall, I couldn't even find men's pants to fit long enough. Most guys are taller than me! Longer pants are.much needed here! Swimsuits not great quality but ok for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Brand new store, excellent accessibility for ♿ users. Prices were reasonable and in some cases much lower than expected. How is this possible? Don't go looking for other companies' brand names. Think instead of ikea. Decathlon is vertically integrated so they design, manufacturer, distribute, and sell their own brands. They offer several levels of quality and price depending on what you are looking for.
The floor above the retail shop is actually their local warehouse. If you see something you like, use your phone to scan the QR code on the items tag and add it to your list in the web page you are taken to. Specify size or colour as needed. When you are finished shopping, or simply want to look at the real item, press the Pickup button and robots will fetch your item upstairs and send it down to you for examination and purchase if desired.
All in all, a slightly different shopping experience than I am used to but quite acceptable especially if you are shopping on a limited budget.

The staff were amazing and super friendly, particularly Rachele, Paul, and Alba who were fantastic to talk to and great ambassadors for the store. The items were extremely well-priced and very accessible, checkout was fast and efficient.

This is the 1st Decathlon store in Canada. I really appreciate the options Decathlon offers to it's customers.

Parking: Yes - Outside, Covered available (not heated, not well connected to the mall)
Access: from Street and from the 1st floor of Southcentre Mall.
Disabled friendly access: Yes
Organized, Easy to find: 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible place! The aisle space! The layout! The people! I am extremely surprised and extremely happy here.
There is certainly something for everyone here. I truly believe Decathlon will be crushing the competition & it has a lot to do with the staff.
The QR code system I have noticed works excellent on iPhone and not as well on a Samsung device. Also the pickup system isn’t very clear.
If that is the worst that Decathlon us to offer then why even complain!
