I had looked up the tire online from the manufacturer and it turned out they didn’t ship to Canada. I called up Pure Cycle and they were able to look in their supplies and confirm they had a 12” tire and could do a replacement. I was able to come in right away and the tire was swapped in 20 min. Thanks Nolan and Pure Cycle!

I went in looking for a new mountain, and I was told that due to supply chain issues, there where no bikes available in my price range. That was a little disappointing, but hey what can you do when there is no supply. I was working with Duncan, and he gave advice on how to look online, and use resources to hopefully track down a bike. Then a couple days later I get a call from Duncan saying they have a bike that checks all my boxes. I did not ask for him to call me if they found a bike that worked, but he did anyway. He went way above and beyond. I have been shopping at this shop since 2017, and every time I am blown away at the dedication to customer satisfaction.

Booking maintenance is super easy and reliable. Drop it off on the day you're booked (or the evening before); done the next day 99% of the time. I'm a customer for life.
